CARRYOVER REQUEST Due by January 30th after the end of each budget

period*

Requests to carry over unobligated funds awarded in a previous budget period to spend and/or obligate in the current budget period must be submitted via the EHB using the Prior Approval Request submission process

The request must include a budget based on the amount of the unobligated funds and submitted on the the same date as the FFR or after the FFR (within 30 days) NOTE: Carryovers may not be requested during the last grant project period. Grantees may request a no-cost extension to use unobligated funds.
