4 2020 ICHP SPRING MEETING

DATE AND LOCATIONThe ICHP 2020 Spring Meeting will take place on Friday, March 27, and Saturday, March 28, 2020. All meeting sessions and exhibits will be held in the Embassy Suites East Peoria Hotel and Conference Center, 100 Conference Center Drive, East Peoria, IL 61611.

VENUELocated on the Illinois riverfront, the Embassy Suites East Peoria Hotel and Conference Center is within easy reach of the Caterpillar World Headquarters, Bradley University, Par-A-Dice Casino, Eastside Centre, Peoria Civic Center, and within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping venues. Start the day with a delicious cooked-to-order breakfast buffet, and end the day with complimentary drinks and refreshments at the Evening Reception. Relax in the lush green open-air atrium lobby. Gather with friends and dine on an eclectic lunch or dinner at the Riverside Café with an outdoor riverfront patio and private dining for intimate gatherings. WiFi will be available in the conference center for attendees.

of the Collaborative Pharmaceutical Task Force and potential impacts on pharmacy practice.

2. List the recommendations from last year’s deliberations of the Collaborative Pharmaceutical Task Force and whether or not they were implemented by the General Assembly and Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

3. Review current legislative initiatives before the Illinois General Assembly that, if passed, would impact the practice of pharmacy.

4. Explain steps a pharmacist or pharmacy technician may take to inform their State legislators about pharmacy and health care related legislation on which they may need to vote.
