MARCH 2020 BUCKEYE BREEZE HAPPY ST. PATRICK’S DAY!!! I am sitting here to work on my report for the Buckeye Breeze and it came to mind that I am getting so close to that 19th hole and wondering just where has the time gone? It is so true when I was told it would truly go so fast and be done before you blink an eye! Here we are now on that 15th hole and Ohio has collected so many new golf balls that we are way in 1st place and so proud of all you Golf Carts going around all those Club Houses, filling up those Golf Bags with all those new Golf Balls in your Districts! Your Caddy has updated me on all those Clubhouses who have met their net gain and/or their quota or are very close, and some have even doubled and a few tripled their quota or are darn close. This Pro Golfer is so proud of all; as having help from some of our Irons and you can bet our State Drivers are hitting everyone straight and narrow to gain those new and precious golf balls! Keep it up you all!!! I would like to say our new Golf Course by Judy Curtis is starting to look pretty good and she has been working so hard to accomplish this hard task. We all wish you luck and keep up the fantastic job, Judy! Your efforts are making us proud! Travels down a bit now but hope everyone went to their Zone Preps in February and are getting ready for Spring Zone in April. Hope you got to go to the Auxiliary Winter Board meeting in February at Zanesville, as upcoming Ritual School and different agendas were discussed and most info will be posted by our Sportswriter in this or the next breeze! Winter Board Meeting over, Pat Kovalak, our Treasurer, and I will be leaving from there going to Geneva for their Anniversary and spend the night before heading back home for some R&R before visits to Res Care and other trips. I will let you know all about these in next Breeze! Keep up the great work you all are doing for your charities and showing how Ohio is “PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE!” God Bless you all and I LOVE each and every one of you for helping make me your Pro Golfer this year! Spring is coming fast and all our golfers are getting ready to finish up our Eagle year with great numbers. This short month of February was amazing for our clubhouses. So many new golf balls and recollecting some of the golf balls that got away from us. You did a great job on bringing them back home. We had 74 members who sponsored 2 or more new members to us during the month. Keep encouraging your family, friends, coworkers, church patrons and more to learning the benefits of being an Eagle. We do such great work for the communities we are in.

Only 3 more months before our golf season is sadly over. Lets keep our momentum up and give Lenny Z the championship of the masters.
Your Caddy,
Kelly Beech
