Status: • Working with the Plas- mouth WWTF and Crab Orchard’s WWTF in their recovery efforts • NDEE made state revolving loan funds available to affect - ed communies. Update from Sept. 8 • Boyd County Rural Water District #2 has installed a new trans- mission line and it has been placed into service. Water samples from all three systems, which in- clude a rural system and the villages of Lynch and Spencer, will be collect- ed to confirm the ab- sence of coliform bacte- ria before removing the boil-water advisory.
