Growth is essenƟal and therefore we have made it easier for anyone thinking of a real estate career to take the real estate class right in our Edwards oce on Monday evenings starƟng March 2015. One of our experienced Brokers has taken the addiƟonal 200 hours of educaƟon to become a State CerƟed Instructor with Kaplan Real Estate EducaƟon, and is now teaching the licensing course. The next closest schools are in Grand JuncƟon and Summit County. The live course not only provides the informaƟon, but it has an extensive exam prep secƟon to enable you to pass the tests the rst Ɵme. This is a great opportunity for you, or anyone you know who would like a new career, where the only barriers to success might be your selfimposed road blocks. Now you ask, is there room for any more Realtors in this Valley? Since there are over 600 members of the Vail Board of Realtors, what are the chances of my success? The answer is, probably the same chance of success as there is in any profession, because of the 80/20 rule, that almost always comes into play. That means that about 20% of the Realtors in the Valley do about 80% of the business. If you are willing to work hard, learning your profession and your inventory, and choose to join a company that embraces new Realtors, with a myriad of educaƟonal classes, you have a wonderful chance of doing very well. Keller Williams InternaƟonal is known for the large amount of free classes they have monthly that teach new agents how to list and sell property (not just the rules to pass the test). These classes, along with the mentoring program and support of a strong Team Leader, can easily provide success to a hard worker that is willing to follow the proven model to success. It also oers a form of passive income in the future, if you choose to parƟcipate in the opƟonal prot share plan.
