March 18, 2020 Dear Members of the Staff, Many staff members have set their campus telephone lines to forward calls to a personal number. Information Technology staff are implementing a setting so that calls will only be forwarded between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. After 4:30 p.m. calls will go to voicemail. This setting is now in place for all phone lines that were transferred before noon today (March 18). Anyone who transferred their phone line this afternoon and into the future, can request this service via the Technology Support Center by emailing [email protected] or by calling 570-941-4357.
