1. Measuring progress in Park Mesa Heights is a challenging:

1. There is limited data available at the census track level2. Longitudinal data at current (2010) year reporting is limited

2. PMH has not shown progress in all areas1. Higher API relative to control group2. Higher rates of increased obesity relative to control group; free or reduced

lunch recipients have not changed significantly3. Foreclosure rates rank in the middle relative to control group

3. Neighborhood change efforts take time1. Proactively transforming the quality of life within a particular geographic
