MAP-Works: Interventions

• Information will be shared with students regarding the tool

• Confidentiality statement on the survey will discuss institutional use of results

• Faculty/Staff utilizing the system participate in training sessions

• Interventions are coordinated through notes within the system

•Students take the survey between weeks 5-7 of fall semester

•Veterans were added in 2011, transfer students will be added in 2012
