DeLaval slurry pump TP270

A tractor driven and easy to handle manure pump, for effi-cient manure handling in a bigger pump pit or when there is a lack of electrical power. Power demand 70 HP/51kW.

DeLaval slurry pump TP360

The design makes it possible to use the pump at different angles, which makes TP360 very suitable for use over the gate in dung cellars as well as outdoor stores and lagoons. Power demand 60 HP/44 kW.

DeLaval slurry pump ESP

This electric slurry pump is designed for efficient mixing and pumping of liquid manure in all kinds of applications. Available with 11, 15 or 18.5 kW motors – these pumps fit various optional stands and holders.

DeLaval waste water pump V400

DeLaval waste water pump V400 is suitable for waste water that contains a maximum three percent dry matter and 80 mm long straws such as urine from solid manure handling, waste water from milking and separated slurry from flushing. The pump can be immersed in five metre depths. DeLaval V400 uses temperature captors in the motor to detect any pump overheating. Two mechanical seals offer perfect insulation between the electric motor and the pumped liquid. The pump body is made of cast iron and the motor shaft is stainless steel. A 10 metre cable with a neoprene covering is delivered with the pump.

DeLaval cable driven scraper CSL

DeLaval cable driven scraper CSL is 20 centimetres high and perfect for liquid and semi-solid manure. The spring switch adjusts traction power and reduces noise levels. The cable and stainless steel drum are corrosion resistant, while the blue hot-powder-coated scraper is designed for total acidity resistance. This quiet, slow moving scraper is also animal friendly because it has no sharp edges.

DeLaval cow safety system

DeLaval slurry scraper DML can be equipped with the DeLaval cow safety system. The cow safety system controls and supervises the scraper for you – automatically stop-ping if it detects unfamiliar obstacles, like an injured cow lying down. The system stops, checks twice if the obstacle still remains and if so, the scraper changes to another non-cleaned alley. The system also provides flexible ease with automatic start and stop, plus a free choice of parking site without using a position indicator in the alleys. DeLaval slurry scraper DML compliments this system perfectly, to further promote cow safety.

DeLaval manure presses

With DeLaval manure presses installed in the cross chan-nel or at the gutter end - solid, semisolid and liquid manure can be moved out to storage without draughts or the risk of freezing. The system is hydraulically operated and works in sequence with the gutters – reducing cleaning time via optimal speed.

DeLaval rope-driven scraper EL

This is a high-capacity scraper system with the ability to handle up to 80 metre long manure channels. DeLaval rope-driven scraper EL consists of two drive units which work alternately and operate the scraper via a nylon rope. The drive unit is built on a heavy-duty frame, which allows the motor and rope drum installation to be situated above floor level.

DeLaval slurry scraper DM

DeLaval slurry scraper DM removes slurry in open alleys. The hydraulic cylinder is connected to a drawbar that moves back and fourth, moving the scraper in slow steps. The draw-bar is normally placed in a recess in the centre of the alley, but can also be installed on the flat floor in existing alleys.

DeLaval solid manure scraper DW and DWV

Robustly constructed with an animal-friendly design, DeLaval solid manure scraper DW and DWV can handle solid manure with long straw and liquid manure. Floating blades and side wings provide excellent cleaning for opti-mal animal hygiene. A heavy-duty central body with the step mechanism in an oil bath makes operation safe.

DeLaval rope scraper RSS

This rope driven scraper is intended for scraping cow slurry on slatted floors. It is equipped with two exchangeable rubber blades and has a slight angel so it runs smoothly on slats. The scraper covers alley widths between 1 600 mm to 4 200 mm and the maximum alley length is 80 m with two alleys.

DeLaval manure scraper MSC2000

The key component in the gutter and channel system is the MSC2000. It also cleans under the drawbar so the whole channel width is cleaned. The animal-friendly, safety orien-tated design features angled cut scrapers with no sharp edges.

DeLaval power pack

This heavy-duty hydraulic pump offers high efficiency and a low noise level, to provide operator comfort in a quiet barn environ-ment. Additionally, built-in oil filters trap dirt caught in the hydraulic system to help reduce your maintenance costs.

DeLaval slurry scraper DML

A new scraper developed for optimum cow safety, the DeLaval slurry scraper DML has a smooth, low design and is equipped with a rubber strip to ease the wear on a concrete floor. It is designed for optional use with the DeLaval cow safety system.

DeLaval slurry scraper on slats DMS

The DeLaval slurry scraper DMS is a new product that cleans manure from slats. It makes the floor extremely clean and is perfect for use with the DeLaval voluntary milking system VMS.

DeLaval slurry scraper DMW

DeLaval slurry scraper DMW is adapted to alleys with a cross channel in the middle. The scraper swings around and operates in the opposite direction, when passing the channel.

DeLaval winch

The winch’s highly effec-tive direct power transmis-sion and cable drive system offer minimal power con-sumption, mainte nance and associated costs.

Control unit for DeLaval rope scraper RSS

This programmable cow safety system with automatic or manual start/stop, continu-ously measures the scraper’s pulling force. It will stop DeLaval RSS as soon as a cow or other obstacle comes in the scraper’s way.

DeLaval control box BH1

This is the most basic control box in the DeLaval assortment, designed to control hydraulic gutter and alley manure removal systems. It is suitable for systems with a single power pack, where one hydraulic cylinder, or a group of cylinders, run in parallel or serially. The control box requires manual start and shut-off and supervised operation.

DeLaval control box BH2

DeLaval BH2 offers semi-automatic control of hydraulic gutter and alley manure removal systems. This control box can handle up to four cylinders, or groups of cylinders, running in parallel or serially. Every cylinder, or cylinder group, is started manually and can be shut off either manually or automatically by using the end switch.

DeLaval control box PH

DeLaval PH is the most advanced model for controlling DeLaval hydraulic gutter and alley manure removal systems. It can handle either one power pack with four electric valves, or two power packs with two electric valves. A timer allows all power packs to be started and shut off automatically. However, manual start-up is still recommended. Electric valves are optional.

DeLaval robot scraper RS250

Silent, animal friendly robot clears manure from slatted floors: turns left or right, winds around and down straight or cross alleys, cleans corners. Battery powered, fully automated and low maintenance, clears manure from up to 250 cows.

DeLaval robot scraper RS250

Flexible robot scraper – silent, safe and animal friendly, clears manure from slatted floors as it moves through a barn at 4 m per minute. Low maintenance and fully automated (web connectivity), program the routes you want it to clean: turning left or right, round cross alleys and corners, straight down long alleys – with no cow disturbance. Powered by two strong batteries, it clears manure from up to 250 cows; recharging its batteries between runs or overnight.
