( Right-click the file name which you need and Save it. )

4-1 Start the Support tool.

① Enter the access key shown at Fujitsu’s request mails.

② Click “Enter” button.

③ A new page and a pop-up window will be appeared.

Read the description of the pop-up window and click “OK” button.

- As the default setting, the current date will be shown.

- If you change the date, please click ”setting a date” button (“Set of the date”

window will be appeared) and change the date.

5-3 Enter the Company which you will submit the Warranty;

e.g. If Fujitsu ask you to submit it, please choose or write down “Fujitsu Limited.”

5-4 Report the existence of the Fujitsu’s Restricted substances

if the concentration exceed the maximum allowable concentration by weight.

If the substance exceeds it, please choose its exempted application

from the list. (For details, please refer to the next page.)

Example: Lead and its compound Choose “Yes” or “No”. If you choose No, the Exempted Applications list will be disappeared.

If you choose Yes, please choose the exempted application. At that time, you can use the pull-down menu; “blank “ or “○”.

3. Material and threshold in which non-content is warranted

Does Polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs)

maximum concentration exceed 1000ppm by weight

in homogeneous material?

7. Make the warranty

7-1 Make a warranty: Excel file (Electronic file.), Original signed & PDF

① Excel: Click “Making warranty file” button and Save an Excel file.

② “Information” window will be appeared. Check it and Click “OK” button.

③ Original signed: Print the Excel file and Sign it.

④ PDF: Make a PDF file of the Original signed.

[Note] - Don’t change the Excel file name. - Excel file and PDF file should be made the same file name.
