① Enter the access key shown at Fujitsu’s request mails.

② Click “Enter” button.

③ A new page and a pop-up window will be appeared.

Read the description of the pop-up window and click “OK” button.

5-3 Enter the Company which you will submit the Warranty;

e.g. If Fujitsu ask you to submit it, please choose or write down “Fujitsu Limited.”

5-4 Report the existence of the Fujitsu’s Restricted substances

if the concentration exceed the maximum allowable concentration by weight.

If the substance exceeds it, please choose its exempted application

from the list. (For details, please refer to the next page.)

7. Make the warranty

7-1 Make a warranty: Excel file (Electronic file.), Original signed & PDF

① Excel: Click “Making warranty file” button and Save an Excel file.

② “Information” window will be appeared. Check it and Click “OK” button.

③ Original signed: Print the Excel file and Sign it.

④ PDF: Make a PDF file of the Original signed.
