1 IntroductionThemorningrosewiththunderstorm.Thebreathofthewindwasheavywithbloodandashes,ablackmaelstromrisingupfromthebattletodevourthesky.AsfarastheeyescouldseethebodiesoftheMalarwereundulating.

Hirinspurredhishorseon,awayfromthecircleoflightthatthehammerofhisbrotherNiethalfcutwithwidesweepsintothehordesoftheMalar.Hirin’sgoalwasthesourceofthestreamofbodies.Thegodofdeathanddreamspressedhisblackmountthroughtheenemiestometeoutjusticeatlastandtotakethelifeofthehumanwhosemadnesswasthereasonforallthis.

UnderthesteaminghoovesofhissteedtheMalarscatteredtoashesandtheheavyaxeofthegodswungleftandrightthroughthebodiesofthemonsterslikeapendulumofinevitability.Thesteedclimbedupahill,stemminglikeacockleboatagainstthewaveofcreatures.Behindtheriderthestorm,piercedbythelightningofhisstormsisterElen,surgeduphillandwhippedthecloakofthegodofdeathlikeablackflamearoundhisarmoredbody.Whenatlastthesteamingmountof thegodpiercedthecrestof thewaveHirinlookedinto the faceof JanusMalacay, thehumanwhoonceused tobe theHighAlchemistoftheHyboricEmperorandwhonowdeclaredhimselftobethemasteroverlifeanddeathofthewholeworld.

Thegazeofthemanwaslostinreverie,whilebloodmagicgushedfromhiswide-spreadarms,formingoneMalaraftertheotherandfillingthemwithlifeonlytohavethemdieundertheaxeofthedeitymomentslater.Hirinpressedhishorseontowardsthemaninwhoseeyesthemockerywithwhichhehaddisobeyedthegodsandthelawsoflifestillgleamed.

OutofthemaelstromoftheskythedragonUrdescendedonHirin,readytodefendhismaster.ButElen’slightninghitthebeastandcastitamileaway,whereitcrashedintotheseaofcreatureslikeameteorandforthefirsttimeHirinsawatraceoffearinMalacay’seyes.Thelipsofthealchemistseemedtoformwordsasifhewantedtoexplainandappease.Buttheaxeofthegrimgodrosehighup into theblackskyandcamecrushingdownmercilessly,cuttingdeepintothefleshoftheblasphemer.

AndthentheMalarstartedscreaming.

They reared their hideous visages to the sky and shouted out the pain oftheirmaster,ascreamcomingfromaseaofmouthswithasoundasifthewholeworldwouldbeburstasunder.Andwhenthebloodmagicfellapart,

theMalarfellaparttoo.Theydissolvedintobloodypiecesandwerecarriedawayinthewhirlingstormalongwiththedyingechooftheirscreaming.

Silencefellonthefieldofbattle.Elen’sstormdieddownandacoldwindscatteredtheblackcloudstolaybaretheremainsofthebattletothesun’sface..Thegodsstoodinacirclearoundthedyingman,whoseblood-coveredlipsweredistortedinaderisivesneer.

“AllthegodsofEoareneededtobringmedown!SoIcandieinpeaceasIknownowthatyourcreationwillalwaysbearmymark!Themortalhumanwhostolethesecretoflife!EvenontheRiverofSoulsmymockingofyoushallbeheard!”“No, JanusMalacay“, saidEreon, theWise. “Youshallnotexperience themercyofeternalsleep.Beyondthethresholdofdeathyourtruepunishmentwillwaitforyou,anditwillbemuchcruelerthanyoursickmindiscapableofimagining.Youshallneverrestinpeace!”

AndthenthegodsheardthebreathofthedragonUrwho,hurtandweakashewas,triedtoreachhismaster’sside.Hirinmenancinglysteppedcloserandliftedhisaxe,whenthevoiceofhisbrotherEreonsoundedagain.“Stop, brother! This first-born has simply fulfilled his bloodoath. Let thedisgracebepunishmentenoughforhim!”

ThisishowthegodsleftMalacayandthedragonUrbehind.Theolddragonlaystillandlistenedtothelastbreathsofhismasterandwitheachgaspingbreathaheavyburdenseemedtobeliftedfromhisheart.ButthenMalacay’shandreachedoutforhim.“Listen to me!We are both still alive and you are not yet freed of yourbonds!“Andagainthealchemistsmiledhisdyingsmile.“Youaretotakealastoathforme!AnoaththatwillpreservemyworkandthebloodlineIcreatedforever!Nowlistencarefully…”

2.2 InstallationOpenyourDVDdriveandinserttheSpellForce2–ShadowWarsDVD.Closethe drive. If “Autoplay” is activated on your computer, the setup assistantwill startautomatically. Ifyouhaven’tactivated“Autoplay”,youcanopenthecontentoftheDVDbyopening“MyComputer”or“WindowsExplorer”and doubleclicking the DVD icon. Then doubleclick on the file named“SpellForce2SW-Setup.exe”tostartthesetupassistant.

Now follow the instructionson the screen inorder to installSpellForce2–ShadowWars.

2.3 StartofGameAftertheinstallationtherearethefollowingpossibilitiestostartthegame:

• Doubleclickonthe“SpellForce2“shortcutonyourdesktop.• Clickonthe“Start“button,gotothe“Programs“folder,“SpellForce“

and“SpellForce2“.Thenclickonthe“SpellForce2”icon.

• Open“WindowsExplorer“or“MyComputer“andgotothefolder“SpellForce2“.Thenclickonthe“SpellForce2“icon.

Afterafewsecondsthegamewillbeloaded.YouarethenaskedtoenteryourDVDkeythatyoucanfindeitheronthebacksideofthismanualorontheDVDpackage.Enteringthekeytakesyoutothemainmenu.

3 GamePlayWelcometotheworldofSpellForce2–ShadowWars!Youwillmeethumans,dwarves, elves, orcs, trolls, barbarians, dark elfs, gargoyles, shadows andothercreatures.Youwillbuildanddestroysettlementsandsendtroopsintothebattleagainsttheevil.Youwilllearntoemploymagicalpowers.Youwillfindnewfriends–andnewenemies.

Thismanualwill help youfindyourways aroundSpellForce2 – ShadowWars.Itexplainsthedifferentactionsyoucantakeandhowtousetheminthegame.

Inthefollowingwealwaysrefertotheleftbuttonofyourmouse,whenweusetheterms“click“and“doubleclick“.Iftherightmousebuttonisbeingused,itwillbeexplicitlymentionedinthetext.

Ifduringthegameyouareuncertainwhichactionistriggeredbyacertainbutton,justhoveroveritwiththemousepointerandatextappearsexplainingthefunctionsoftherespectivebutton.

4 FirstStepsThequickestwaytolearnallaboutSpellForce2–ShadowWarsistoplayit. SpellForce 2 – ShadowWars contains a tutorialwith all the necessaryinformation.Toplaythetutorial,startSpellForce2–ShadowWarsasdescribedinsection2.3.Afteryouhavestartedthegame,yougettothemainmenu.Clickon“SinglePlayer”andthenon“Campaign”.

Nowyoucanchoosewhichavatar (your representation in the game) youwanttoplay.

Clickon“Male“or“Female“inordertosetthegenderofyouravatar.Withthehelpofthelittlearrowstotheleftandrightoftheword“Head”youcanchoosefromthedifferentheadsavailableforyouravatar.Nowenteranameforyouravatar in thefield“Name”andthenpress the“StartGame”button.

JustfollowtheinstructionsofthegameandyouwilllearneverythingyouneedtoknowaboutthenavigationofSpellForce2–ShadowWars.

5 GameModesSpellForce2–ShadowWarsoffersthreedifferentgamemodes:TheSinglePlayerCampaign,aswellastheFreeGameandtheSkirmishMode.Thesedifferentmodeswillbeexplainedinmoredetailinthefollowingchapter.

5.1 TheSinglePlayerCampaignHereyoucanexperiencethestoryofSpellForce2–ShadowWarsinanepiccampaign.Youcreateanavatar(yourrepresentationinthegame),withwhomyouwilllivethroughmanyadventures.

5.1.1 StartaNewCampaignTostartasingleplayercampaign,firstchoosethebutton“SinglePlayer“inthemainmenuandthenthebutton“Campaign”.

Incaseyouhavealreadystartedthecampaign,clickonthe“New”button.

Nowyoucanchoosewhichavatar (your representation in the game) youwanttoplay.Clickon“Male”or“Female”tosetthegenderofyouravatar.Withthehelpofthearrowstotheleftandrightoftheword“Head“youcanchoosetheheadofyouravatarthenenteranameforhim/herinthefield“Name“.

On the right side of the screen you can set the difficulty level for thecampaignaswellasthesettingsforthetutorial.

Ifyoudon’tneedanyexplanationsonhowtoplaySpellForce2–ShadowWars,switchthetutorialswitchto“Off”.WhenplayingSpellForce2–ShadowWarsforthefirsttime,werecommendhowevertohavethetutorialswitchedon,evenwhenyouhavealreadyplayedpreviousversionslikeSpellForce–TheOrderofDawn.ThetutorialalsocontainsimportantinformationaboutthenumerousimprovementsinSpellForce2-ShadowWars.

Press“StartGame“,assoonasyouhavechosenallthesettings.

5.1.2 ContinueaCampaignIfyouhavealreadystartedacampaign,youcancontinue in twodifferentways.

You can either click on “ContinueCampaign“ in themainmenu directlyandthelatestsavegameofthecampaignwillautomaticallybeloaded.Butyoucanalsoloadadifferentsavegameinsteadorchangetoanotheravatar.Todothat,clickon“SinglePlayer“and“Campaign“in themainmenu. Ifyoualreadyhavesavegamesfordifferentavatars,youcanchoosetheavataryouwantwiththehelpofthearrowsunderneaththeavatarportrait.Ontherightsideofthescreenyoucanthenchoosethesavegameoftherespectiveavatar.

Press“StartGame“toloadtheselectedsavegame.

5.2 FreeGameInthismodeyoucaneitherhaveyouravatarexperiencenumerousadventuresonyourownorjointogetherwithuptotwootherplayers.Thoughthereisacampaignstoryinthefreegamewherethemaingoalistodevelopyouravatartobecomeaspowerfulaspossible.Learningnewskillsandgatheringitemsarevitalinthismode.

5.2.1 StartaFreeGameIfyouwanttotrythismodeonyourown,clickon„SinglePlayer“inthemainmenuandthenon„FreeGame“.NowchoosethegenderandtheappearanceofyouravatarfortheFreeGameandchooseamapyouwanttoplay.Inthefield“Faction”youcanalsosetthefactionyouwanttoplaywithontheselectedmap.

IntheFreeGameyoucanplaythemapsinanyorderyoulike.Howevereachmapisbasedonthelevelrangeitisdesignedfor.Incaseyouravatar

doesnothavetherightlevel,thismapmightbetooeasyortoodifficultforyoutoplay.Youravatar’scurrentlevelisdisplayedunderneaththeavatarportrait.Werecommendtostartplayingthe“Westguard“mapfirst.Thereyouwillgetloadsofinformationandqueststhatwillcomeinhandyonothermaps.

Clickon“StartGame“toloadtheselectedmap.

5.2.2 ContinueaFreeGameContrarytothesingleplayercampaignyoucannotsaveintheFreeGame.Theavatarwillhoweverbeautomaticallysavedwhenyou leave themap.Howyouleavethemapdoesnotmatter:Beitbyvictory,defeatorjustbyquittingthegame.Evenifyouhavebeendefeatedonamap,youwon’thaveanydisadvantages.Youravatarisalwaysaliveattheendofamapandkeepsalltheitemsandexperiencepointsgatheredinthemeantime.

Tocontinueplayingwithanalreadyexistingavatar,clickon“SinglePlayer“inthemainmenuandon“FreeGame“.Nowpicktheavataryouwantwiththe arrow buttons, select amap youwant to explore and click on “StartGame”.

5.2.3 FreeGamewithSeveralPlayersSection8“PlayingontheInternet“andsection9“PlayingonLAN“explainhow to start a game in the internet or LAN, or how to join such a gamerespectively.

KeepthefollowingspecialfeaturesinmindwhenyouareplayingaFreeGamewithseveralplayers:

• Whenaplayerpicksupanitem,theteammemberswillreceivethesameitemtoo.

• Whenaquestiscompleted,onlytheplayersthathaveacceptedthequestbefore,willalsogettheaccompanyingreward.

• Themoreteammembersareonamap,themorenumerousandpowerfultheenemieswillbe.

5.3 SkirmishModeInthismodeyoucaneitherplayagainstthecomputeroragainstyourfriendsontheinternetorLAN.Thegoalistodestroytheopponent’sbaseandunits.YoucaneitherusethedefaultavatarsoravatarsyoucreatedintheFreeGamemode,aslongastheyhavealreadyreachedthehighestlevel(level30).

5.3.1 SpecialRulesforSkirmishesSkirmishesgreatlydifferfromthesingleplayercampaignandtheFreeGame:

• Aplayerhaslost,whenhe/shehasnobuildings,noavatar,noheroesandnotitananymore.

• Theavatarandtheheroesarenotonthemaprightfromthestart.Tocallthemtoyourside,an“AltarofLife”hastobebuiltfirst.Onlyinthisbuildingtheheroesandtheavatarcanbecalleduponinexchangeforresources.

• Whenanavatarorherodies,heorshecanbebroughtbacktolivebyotherheroes/avatars,providedthereisnoenemyinthevicinity.Thegameisnotlost,iftheavatar/herohasnotbeenbroughtbacktoliveinthegiventimelimit.Tocalluponthehero/avataragain,resourceshavetobeofferedatan“AltarofLife”however.

5.3.2 StartaSkirmishagainsttheComputerTostartaskirmishchoosethebutton“SinglePlayer“inthemainmenuandthenclickonthebutton“Skirmish“.

Toselectadefaultavatar,clickon“Templates“andchoosethetemplateyouwantwiththearrowbuttonsunderneaththeavatarportrait.Toselectoneofyourownavatars,clickon“Avatars”andusethearrowbuttons.

Choosethemapyouwanttoplayonandclick“OK“.Notethatthedifferentbattlemapsallowadifferentmaximumnumberofopponents.

Nextyougettothebattlepreparationscreen.Youcannowchooseafactionandspecificallyassignfactionstothecomputeropponentorthefactionswillbechosenatrandom.

Toreducethenumberofcomputeropponents,youcansettheentryfortherespectivecomputeropponentsinthecolumn“Players”to“Closed”.

Clickon“StartGame“tostarttheskirmish.

6.3 The„Click&Fight“-SystemInSpellForce2–ShadowWarsyoucanofcoursemove intobattle in theclassicalway.Chooseyourownunitsfirst,thenselectthekindofattackandrightclicktheopponent.

Butyoucanalsomakeuseof the“Click&Fight”system. Justclickonanopponentandactionsymbolswillappearunderneaththeportraitbuttonsofavatar,heroesandcreatedgroupsthatyoujusthavetoclickoninordertoassignthekindofattacktotheaccordingportrait.Aswordsymbolsthefightwith the currently equippedweapon, other icons signify spells or specialabilities.Soduringabattleyoucanchangetacticswithjustafewclicksandwithouthavingtoselectthefriendlyunitsfirst.

8 PlayingontheInternet

8.1 RequirementsforPlayingontheInternetToplaySpellForce2–ShadowWarsontheinternet,youneedaninternetconnection and at least a 56kbits/s modem.The internet connection cancauseadditionalfees.

Youroperationsystem,i.e.yourfirewallhastoallowSpellForce2–ShadowWarstousetheinternet.Dependingontheconfigurationofyourcomputerthat either happens automatically or it has to be set manually.You willfind more information on that in section 8.6. ”Handling of ConnectionProblems”

10.3 ThePactTheheart of thePact are theDark Elves, thepeopleof thenightgodNor,callingthemselvestheNorcaine.ThecultureoftheNorcainehasalwaysbeenshapedbythefightbetweenthetwolargestcastes,thewarriorsoftheDraconandthesorcerersoftheArchons.WhilethewarriorsarestrivingforanhonourablelifeinthefightagainsttheLight,theArchonsshowaruthlessgreedforpowerWiththeambitionofhismotherSorvina,TothLarwasmadeHighArchonandassuchforgedabondwiththeShadows.Hegaveapartofhispeople’spoweroflifetotheShadowsandinreturngottheinvisibleassassinswhokilledhisantagonistsinthewarriorcasteinonlyaveryshorttime.ThehonouroftheNorcainediedalongwiththesewarriors.But the Dark Elves have been dragged out of theirparalysisthatwascausedbythisinnerconflictandnowtheyarereadyfornewcampaigns.

ThenewalliesoftheNorcaine,theShadows,areinvisiblein theirnormal formandonlybecomevisiblewhentheywanttoorwhentheirlethalblowhitsitstarget.ItisknownthattheycametoEofromanotherworld,butnobodyreallyknowstheirgoalsandplans.

The gargoyles are no realmembers of thePact.They arebloodthirstydemonsfromtheinnercentreoftheworldthathavebeengivena formbymagic.Grateful for their newbodiesandhappytoquenchtheirbloodthirstatlasttheythrow themselves into battles for their masters. Sorvina’sknowledgeasanalchemistoftheSilverHandenabledhertojointhesecreaturesintothearmyofthePact.

TheShapersarealsoknownastheChildrenoftheGods.TheywerethefirstpeopletostridethefaceofEo,tolearnthewaysofmagic,andtoshapethefirstcitiesfromthebonesofourworld.Itisthiswhichgavethemtheirname,themightybuildingsandartifactswhichtheycreatedwiththeirabilities.Stone,metal,andglass,eventheinvisiblepowersofthoughtsanddreams,theyshapedthemallastheydesired.Eventoday,fallen statues asmighty asmountains, entire plains crisscrossedwithcuriousmachines, and swathes of land encased inmagical glass stillbearwitness to the creative power of thefirst folk,whoonce settledeverycontinentofEo.But howevermanywonderful powers theymay have possessed, onedaycamethetestwhichshatteredthem.Anditbroughttheenemywhohuntedthemandsoughttodestroythem.

WhentheShapershadsettledthewholeofEoandtherewasnothingleftintheworldforthemtodiscover,theyturnedtheirthirstforknowledgeto things beyond the world. DuringthecourseoftheDragonStormcampaignorwhenplayingthenewmapsintheFreeGameMode,youwillfindpiecesofequipmentwhicharepartofequipmentsets.Thesewillbemarkedbyablueframeandindicatedinthetooltip.

TheShaikanCreated by amad alchemist’s ambitions for power, the Shaikan havebecometheirownpeople,smallinnumber,butproudandabletodefendthemselves.Theyarehumansinwhoseveinsthebloodofdragonsflows,containing the germ of life and granting them extraordinary powers.Underthedragonbanner,theyfightfortheirfuture,andeveniftheyarefewinnumber,everyoneofthemisamasterofthemartialarts.

TheBladesTheyarenotapeople,theyhavenosouls,nodreams,nomemory.TheBladesarebeingsofmetal,createdinmightyforges,givenlifebythepowerofmagicalsoulstones.ButitisnotareallifewhichtheBladeslead,itisanexistencewhichservesnothingbutcombat.TheBladesaretheperfectminionsofwar,mute,loyal,andabsolutelydeadly.TheDrakelingsAlso called the second people, these saurians are the constantcompanions and protectors of the great old dragons. This original software is protected bycopyrightandtrademarklaw.It may only be sold by authorized dealersandonlybeusedforprivatepurposes.Please read this license carefully beforeusingthesoftware.By installingorusing this softwareproductyouagreetobeboundbytheprovisionsofthisEULA.

1Softwareproductlicense

1.1 This End-User License Agreement willgrantyouthefollowingrights:

ThisEnd-UserLicenseAgreementisalegallyvalid agreement between you (either as anatural or as a legal person ) and JoWooDProductionsSoftwareAG.

By purchasing this original software youare granted the right to install and use thesoftwareonasinglecomputer.JoWooD Productions Software AG doesnot grant youany right of ownership to thesoftware,andthislicensedoesnotrepresenta“sale”ofthesoftware.YouaretheowneroftheCD-ROMonwhichthe software is stored: JoWooDProductionsSoftware AG remains the sole owner ofthe software on the CD-ROM, and of thepertinent documentation, and remains theproprietor of any and all intellectual andindustrialpropertyrightscontainedtherein.

This non-exclusive and personal licensegrantsyoutherighttoinstall,use,anddisplaya copy of this software product on a singlecomputer(forexample,asingleworkstation,a single terminal, a single portable PC, asinglepager,etc.).Everyotheruse,especiallytheunauthorizedleasing,distribution,publicdisplayorotherdemonstration(e.g.inschoolsoruniversities),copying,multipleinstallationortransfer,andany other process by which this softwareor parts of itmay bemade available to thegeneralpublic(includingviaInternetorotheronlinesystems)withoutpriorwrittenconsentisprohibited.

If this software enables you to printpictures containing characters of JoWooDProductionsSoftwareAGwhichareprotectedby trademark law, this license only allowsyoutoprintthepicturesonpaperandtousethem as printouts solely for personal, non-commercialandnon-governmentalpurposes(for example, you may not display or sellthose pictures in public), provided that youabidebyallcopyrightinstructionscontainedinthepicturesgeneratedbythesoftware.

1.2LevelEditorandSoftwareDevelopmentKit

Storageofsoftwaredata,especiallymapsthathavebeencreatedwithapossibly includedlevel editor or mod’s (modifications) thathave been created by means of a possiblyincluded SDK (software development kit) isexclusively permitted to individual personsfor private use. Private use, according tothe terms of paragraph 1.2, alsomeans the-wire connected orwireless – provision ofdata(forexampleviatheInternet)forusebyotherindividualpersonsfornon-commercialpurposes. Any other reproduction,distribution, broadcasting, provision andanyindirectordirectcommercialutilizationultraviresisstrictlyprohibitedwithoutpriorwritten consent from JoWooD ProductionsAG.

You shallnot create,use, copyordistributesuch maps or Modifications having anyoffensiveorillegalcontent,orinanymannerwhichviolatesthelaworthirdparties’rights,and you shall not combine such maps orModificationswithanysuchoffensive,illegalor violatingmaterial.You hereby agree thatyou are solely responsible for any and allgame data Modifications and maps. Youshall defend, indemnify, and hold harmlessJoWooD Productions Software AG andit’s employees and agents against any andall claims, damages, losses, actions andliabilities whatsoever arising out of yourcreation, use, combination, duplication,distribution, or promotion of the modifiedgamedataormaps.The Editor and all SDK components aresupplied “AS IS”. There is no warranty onthese parts and neither tech support norcustomersupportisgrantedfortheEditororanySDKcomponents.

2Descriptionofotherrightsandlimitations

2.1Safetycopy

Onesinglecopyofthesoftwareproductmaybe stored for safety or archiving purposesonly.

2.2Limitedwarranty

JoWooD Productions Software AG warrantsforaperiodof90daysstartingfromthedateofpurchasethatthesoftwarewillessentiallyworkinaccordancewith theaccompanyingprintedmaterials.ThecompleteliabilityofJoWooDProductionsSoftwareAGandyouronlyclaimconsists,attheoptionof JoWooDProductionsSoftwareAG,ofareimbursementofthepaidpurchaseprice or of repairing or substituting thesoftwareproductwhichisnotinaccordancewithJoWooD’slimitedwarranty,insofarasitisreturnedtoJoWooDProductionsSoftwareAGtogetherwithacopyoftheinvoice.This limited warranty will not apply if thefailure of the software product is due to anaccident,misuseorfaultyapplication.

2.3 Other warranty rights will remainunaffected

The above warranty is given by JoWooDProductionsSoftwareAGasmanufacturerofthesoftwareproduct.Any legal warranty or liability claims towhich you are entitled toward the dealerfromwhomyoubought your versionof thesoftware product are neither replaced norlimitedbythiswarranty.

2.4Limitationofliability

Tothegreatestextentpermittedbyapplicablelaw, JoWooD Productions Software AGrefuses to accept liability for any special,accidental,indirectorconsequentialdamagesresultingfromtheutilizationof,orinabilitytoutilize, the software product. This includesanyinstancesinwhichJoWooDProductionsSoftwareAGhaspreviouslypointedout thepossiblityofsuchdamages.

2.5Trademarks

This End-User License Agreement does notgrant you any rights in connection withtrademarksofJoWooDProductionsSoftwareAG.

3Endofcontract/Termination

This licensewill applyuntil it is terminatedby either one of the parties. You mayterminatethislicenseatanytimebysendingthe software back to JoWooD ProductionsSoftwareAG or by destroying the software,the complete accompanyingdocumentationand all copies and installations thereof,irrespective of whether they were drawnup in accordance with this license or not.This License Agreement will be terminatedimmediatelywithoutanypriornotificationbyJoWooDProductions Software if you are inbreachofanyoftheprovisionsofthislicense,inwhichcaseyouwillbeobligatedtodestroyallcopiesofthesoftwareproduct.

4Safeguardingclause

Should any provisions of this agreement beor become invalid or unenforceable, theremainder of this agreement will remainunaffected.

5Choiceoflaw

ThelawsofAustriawillbeappliedtoalllegalissues arising out of or in connection withthiscontract.
