MoT ± 08. Indonesia Capability Analysis based on products

Indonesia could support this product by creating a trigger to develop the product such as having relation with education institution

(science park or business incubator), so they could gain two advantages, increasing the quality of human resources by giving facility they

need and help the manufacture company of this product to gain more added function or more technology. Besides that, Government could

help them by giving a way to have a relationship with global supplier or distributor, giving convenience on bureaucracy if the producer 

intend to have contract with global supplier or distributor. One of the crucial factor to build this manufacture is about how to attract the

investor, because this is a common product, so the government could help by enclosing the promotion of the line production to another 

production that having equal business, in medical industry. Besides that, regulation by government that each of hospital or other drug

store have to maximize the consumption of local device and restricting import of the equal device are the effective way to support the

development of this product in local market.

Related to the global supplier, the government have to create a network and good cooperation with various supplier company.

Furthermore, Indonesia must have the technology that supporting the process of manufacturing by transfer technology or developed the

local research. For human resources, improving their ability in process or generating new technology of the device could be implemented

by giving them chance to learn about the process in other competent company so that they could have ability to planning the process or 

strategy to sell the product.
