Is-ganghellorRydw i wrth fy modd eich bodchi wedi mynegi diddordeb iddatblygu’ch gyrfa drwygyflogaeth ym Mhrifysgol DeCymru. Mae’r Brifysgol ynsefydliad addysg uwch dynamigsydd ar flaen o gad o ran newidarloesol yng Nghymru a thu

hwnt. Mae ein gweledigaeth yn cynnwys cynnigaddysg broffesiynol heb ei hail, sy’n canolbwyntioar gyflogaeth, ac arloesedd a gaiff ei lywio ganymchwil a meithrin perthynas â busnes.

Gan arddangos tystiolaeth gref o reolaeth ariannol gadarn agwytnwch, mae’r Brifysgol wedi buddsoddi’n sylweddol yn eiseilwaith dros y blynyddoedd diwethaf i annog a chefnogidysgu, addysgu ac ymchwil nodedig o’r ansawdd gorau drosamrywiaeth o ddisgyblaethau academaidd.

Mae llawer o ymdrechion y Brifysgol – cyrsiau astudio, ymchwil agweithgareddau masnachol – yn gyfeiriedig at anghenionproffesiynau, diwydiant a’r sector cyhoeddus. Rydw i’nhaeddiannol falch o’r Brifysgol a’i llwyddiannau – mae talentauein myfyrwyr a’n staff wedi’n tywys ar hyd y daith o’n gwreiddiaufel South Wales & Monmouthshire School of Mines yn agos atganrif yn ôl i’n safle presennol fel y Brifysgol fwyaf yng Nghymru.

Mae’r swydd yr ydych yn ymgeisio amdani’n amodol ar y teleraua’r amodau a gaiff eu hamlinellu yn y ddogfen hon.

Manteision a BuddiannauEich cyflogMae ein pecyn buddiannau’n cynnwys cyflog cystadleuol âstrwythur talu clir wedi ei ddiffinio’n dda sy’n adlewyrchuamodau’r farchnad a lefelau’r sgiliau a phrofiad yr ydym yngofyn amdanynt er mwyn aros fel ceffylau blaen einhamgylchedd heriol a chystadleuol.

Bydd rhai rolau penodol yn denu taliadau goramser, lwfansaushifft a lwfans oriau anghymdeithasol.

Mae ein taliadau hael o ran Mamolaeth, Tadolaeth aMabwysiadau’n hyrwyddo ymrwymiad y Brifysgol i gefnogiamodau gwaith sy’n ystyriol o’r teulu.

Eich Pensiwn Caiff pob aelod o staff gyfle i ymuno a chynllun pensiwn hael.Mae aelodaeth yn cario manteision sylweddol gan gynnwys:• Pensiwn sy’n gysylltiedig â mynegai – mae hyn yn golygu bodgwerth eich pensiwn yn cynyddu’n flynyddol wrth i brisiau godi.

Eich Iechyd a’ch LlesRydym yn cynnal sioeau ar y lôn yn rheolaidd ar gyfer Iechyd aLles ble gall staff gael cyngor am ffitrwydd, maeth a lles yn ygwaith.

Caiff staff anogaeth weithredol i ymuno â’n Canolfan Chwaraeonsy’n cynnig aelodaeth gymorthdaledig.

Mae’n nifer o leoedd arlwyo’n cynnig amrywiaeth o opsiynaubwyta’n iach.

Mae gennym hefyd wasanaeth Iechyd Galwedigaethol aChynghori Staff sydd ar agor i’r staff i gyd.

Cydraddoldeb ac amrywiaethMae'r Brifysgol wedi ymrwymo i gyflogi gweithle amrywiol achreu amgylchedd cynhwysol lle gall staff deimlo’n gartrefol aphawb yn cael eu trin ag urddas, tegwch a pharch. Rydym yncroesawu ymgeiswyr o gefndiroedd a chymunedau amrywiol,yn enwedig o safbwynt oedran, anabledd, rhyw, hunaniaethrhyw, tueddfryd rhywiol, hil a chrefydd neu gred.

Fel cyflogwr 'Hyderus ag Anabledd', rydym yn gwarantu ycynigir cyfweliad i bob ymgeisydd anabl sy'n cwrdd â'r holl feiniprawf hanfodol ar gyfer y swydd wag maent yn ymgeisioamdano.

Mae gan Brifysgol De Cymru Bolisi Gweithio'n Hyblyg ar waithsy'n agored i bob gweithiwr. Ystyrir patrymau rhan amser, amsertymor, rhannu swyddi a threfniadau gweithio hyblyg, yn amodolar fodloni anghenion y Brifysgol.

Mae PDC yn Hyrwyddwr Amrywiaeth Stonewall. Mae gennymhefyd Rwydwaith Staff LGBT+ gweithgar o'r enw 'Sbectrwm' arhaglen Modelau Rôl LGBT+. Mae Sbectrwm yn bodoli i gefnogistaff ym Mhrifysgol De Cymru yn eu bywydau gwaith ac ihyrwyddo ymwybyddiaeth o faterion LGBT+ yn y Brifysgol.Mae'n gyfuniad o aelodau staff LGBT+ a chynghreiriaid cefnogol.

Eich Cydbwysedd Gwaith/BywydRydym yn cydnabod bod cael y cydbwysedd cywir rhwnggwaith a bywyd yn fuddiol i bawb.

Mae gan y Brifysgol nifer o fentrau sy’n cefnogi’n staff wrthgyflawni’r cydbwysedd hwn. • Gweithio hyblyg - gall hyn gynnwys newidiadau mewn oriau neu batrymau gwaith, gweithio rhan amser neu weithio rhan o’r flwyddyn, oriau cywasgedig.

• Gwyliau rhieni – rhoi amser di-dâl i rieni i ofalu ar ôl plentyn • Absenoldeb Tosturiol – mae gwyliau Absenoldeb Tosturiol yn caniatáu amser i ffwrdd wedi ei dalu pan fo plentyn neu oedolyn yn ddifrifol wael neu wedi cael damwain ddifrifol.

• Cyfleusterau gofal plant – amgylchedd llawn hwyl, cyfeillgar, diogel ac addysgiadol ble gall plant i staff a myfyrwyr dreulio’u diwrnod tra bo’u rhieni yn y gwaith.

• Cynllun Tocyn Gofal Plant – Mae hawl gan gyflogeion fwynhau manteision ariannol gwneud taliadau ar gyfer darpariaeth gofal eu plant drwy’n Cynllun tocyn Gofal Plant. Caiff y cynllun ei weithredu drwy aberthu cyflog a gall cyflogeion arbed eu costau gofal plant hyd at £933 y flwyddyn.

Eich Datblygiad Nod Y Brifysgol yw cynorthwyo datblygiad personol aphroffesiynol cyflogeion, yn enwedig pan fyddwch yn dechraugweithio â ni. Os ydych yn amodol ar gyfnod prawf, caiffanghenion hyfforddi arbenigol eu sefydlu yn ystod y cyfnodhwn i chi gyflawni’ch amcanion. Gall staff elwa o amrywiaeth oweithgareddau a reolir drwy’r rhaglen datblygu staff. Maecyrsiau hyfforddi a gweithdai ar gael ac yn cynnwys llawer owahanol feysydd pynciol.

Mae’r rhaglen Addysg Bersonol Barhaus ar gael i helpu staff iwella eu cymwysterau proffesiynol.

Mae’r staff i gyd yn cymryd rhan yn y cynllun gwerthuso sy’ndarparu cyfleoedd i drafod eu hanghenion datblygu ynflynyddol.

Your Health and Wellbeing We run regular Health and Wellbeing roadshows where staff canget advice about fitness, nutrition and wellbeing at work.

Staff are actively encouraged to join our Sports Centre withoffers of subsidised membership.

We also have a dedicated Occupational Health and StaffCounselling service open to all staff.
