    Outlook for FebruaryData analysis of Manhattan Beach real estate activity for January 2014 relative to the same time last

    year revealed a 47.8% increase in the median sales price and about a 55% reduction in the median days

    to sale. Trending downward was total sales, listings, and months of inventory. Looking forward to

    February, it is anticipated the market will produced similar results given the cost to borrow money

    remains comparatively inexpensive. However, the impending tax season is one caveat that cannegatively affect performance figures.
