12. Student feedback mechanisms on Institutional Governance/ faculty Performance:
Feedback is taken from the students on the courses and also on the teachers once in a semester. The analysis of the feedback is conveyed to the concerned faculty for necessary improvement in his delivery content. Class teachers of each class receive feed back in the feedback form on the following points about Institutional Governance & Faculty Performance. 1. Academic Content 2. Usefulness of study groups in learning 3. Usefulness of Teaching materials 4. Fairness of evaluation 5. Giving and getting helpful feedback 6. Interaction with Administration 7. Interaction with Faculty 8. Computer facilities 9. Library facilities 10. Recreation facilities 11. Hostel facilities 12. Sports facilities 13. Extra-curricular facilities 14. Transport facilities Necessary directives based on feedback are then given to concerned person by Principal.
13. Grievance Redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students: Grievances from students are put first in front of the mentor faculty (SMS- student mentor system) allotted to that batch of students. Students mentor staff along with class teacher of respective class considers the grievances and put forth for discussion. After discussion of the grievances in the meeting, Class teachers, HOD and Class representative, the report is submitted to the Principal and subsequently to the management for the taking further necessary action in that matter. The management takes such action as it deems fit and the decision of the management are final. Grievances of staff member are considered in the same way in the meeting of Principal.
