Any recognized bachelor’s degree of minimum three-year duration with at least 50% marks in
aggregate.
CAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/ GMAT/ IIHMR-U MAT score
**GPAT score is also accepted for admission in MBA in Pharmaceutical Management
For candidates who do not have CAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/ GMAT scores but
wish to apply for MBA Programs, IIHMR University will conduct IIHMR-U MAT & GD-PT at
IIHMR University Jaipur on the below dates-
Phase 1:
GD-PI and IIHMR-U MAT Date- 5th (Wednesday) & 6th (Thursday), February 2020
Last date to apply – 15th January 2020
Phase 2:
GD-PI and IIHMR-U MAT Date- 16th (Monday) & 17th (Tuesday), March 2020
Last date to apply – 2nd March 2020
Candidates appearing in the final year examination of the bachelor’s degree program or awaiting
the result of their final year examination in 2020 may also apply. If selected, these candidates, will
be given provisional admission. They will be required to produce evidence of their graduation
within two months of the start of the session
Working professionals with relevant work experience are encouraged to apply
GD/PI for the qualified candidates will be conducted on the same day.
Master of Public Health
Interested individuals from India or surrounding low- and middle-income countries must have:
➢ A Bachelor's degree.
➢ A minimum of 2 years of full-time health- related experience beyond the
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree. (Work experience is waived for Ph.D. and M.B.B.S
graduates.)
➢ Prior college-level mathematics courses; prior college-level biology course plus another
health-related course.
➢ Demonstrated English proficiency through prior degree, TOEFL or IELTS.
➢ Demonstrated quantitative and verbal skills through GRE, MCAT, LSAT, or GMAT.
(Applicants with degrees beyond the bachelors may request a waiver of standardized test
scores if they are other sources of quantitative abilities.)
GRE The GRE is offered on an appointment basis and this exam can be taken all round
the year. GRE Scores are usually available between 10 and 15 days after the

a) Ph.D.
Masters’ Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from a UGC/AICTE
recognized institution or university, with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) for
general category and 50% marks for SC and ST candidates in hospital and health
management, general management, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, health informatics, social
and behavioral sciences, economics, commerce, science, demography and statistics.
Faculty in the teaching institutions, researchers/scientists in research organizations and
working professionals with relevant qualifications and experience are encouraged to join
the program and will be given preference in selection.
IIHMR University encourages working professionals (health administrators, policy makers,
medical /nursing and management professionals) to undertake the Ph.D. Program to
enhance competence in evidence-based research for policy and program development.
They shall be given adequate weightage in admission. Such candidates should have
minimum five-year experience of working in the health sector.

Duly completed application forms with all supporting documents may be sent by post along with a
demand draft of Rs. 1,000/- drawn in favor of “IIHMR University”, payable at Jaipur and all the
documents in support of eligibility.
An application will be considered only when it is received with all documentary evidences and the
application fee. The application fee is non-refundable.

a) Master of Public Health
Applicants seeking admission to the MPH program must go through a prescreening process and need
to be pre-approved by IIHMR before they apply. Applicants who wish to apply for the MPH program
should follow the steps mentioned below:
STEP 1: Candidate kindly send the completely filled pre-screening questionnaire by clicking on the
link https://iihmr.nopaperforms.com/ for pre-approval by May 10, 2020
STEP 2: A confirmation mail will be sent to each candidate after receipt of the materials in STEP
1. Then a pre-approval email for the application will be sent to the candidate by IIHMR University,
followed by another email from JHSPH with an invitation to complete the online MPH application
through SOPHAS (Schools of Public Health Application System) http://sophas.org/program-
finder/ In order to be considered for admission, the candidate has to submit the completed application
(fully submitted application along with the application fee of US $ 135) by June 01, 2020.
Application requirements at SOPHAS:
In order for your application to be reviewed, you must submit the following:
• Curriculum Vitae/Resume (*To be uploaded with application).
• 2 Page Personal Statement (*To be uploaded with application).
• 3 Letters of Recommendation – Electronically through SOPHAS.

• Official TOEFL Scores – send to SOPHAS in Massachusetts use code 5688.
• Official GRE Scores – send to JHSPH at SOPHAS 3738 /or GMAT Scores should be sent
to KGB-3R-06.
• Official Credential Evaluation of all Foreign Transcripts (all colleges/universities outside
of the U.S. that you have attended) should be sent through World Education Services or
WES. The CAS provider you should choose is SOPHAS.

b) Ph. D
Procedure for Admission
1. The IIHMR University shall conduct an entrance test IRAT at pre-notified date for
admission to Ph. D Program. Second test may conduct if seats remain vacant after the first
test.
2. The entrance test shall be of qualifying nature with qualifying marks as 50%. The paper
shall consist of 100 objective type multiple choice questions primarily related to research
methodology and the subject discipline.
