INTRODUCTION
During the last decade, most countries have experienced a shift in their economy. Most countries have lowered trade barriers and entered into international market. This change has created new job sectors. The need of qualified professionals are increasing day by day.
And this job of providing qualified professionals is done by the management developing institutions and In Bangladesh the situation is also the same.
The importance of this institutions can be narrated in only one sentence that, “without this institution no development would not have been occurred in Bangladesh.
OBJECTIVES OF THE PRESENTATION The objectives of the presentation are as
follows
• Finding out the management developing institutions in Bangladesh.
• Define them, their work, know about them.• Observe their work and system.• Why they are so important.• In what way they develop management
system.
Mainly the short study focuses on the management development institution in Bangladesh.

BIBM
Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management
Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management or BIBM is the premier institute in Bangladesh for acquiring and exercising banking knowledge. It is an educational, training and research institution in bank management supported and supervised by the Bangladesh Bank. It was established as a national level training institute in the banking sector in 1974 under the Societies Act, 1860.
MISSION The main mission of BIBM institution is to
produce skilled man power for the financial sector of Bangladesh especially in the banking sector . BIBM caters primarily to the requirements of training of the mid and senior-level officers of banks and financial institutions.

Bangladesh Institute of Administration and Management
Bangladesh Institute of Administration and Management (BIAM) was established in 1992 to provide continuous training to the public servants in various fields of Development, Administration and Management.

As an associate institute of the Bangladesh Civil Service Administration Association, BIAM has the mission of facilitating human resource development in the Administration of Bangladesh.

Institute of Personnel Management
Institute of Personnel Management in Bangladesh is the only apex body of the Human Resource Management professionals in Bangladesh, established in 1980. It was registered as a non-profitable professional association with Joint Stock Companies & Firms, Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of Bangladesh under the Societies Registration Act, 1860.
MISSION
Promote, develop and regulate the profession of Human Resources Management Impart training and education for professional competence by maintaining highest professional standard.

Bangladesh Institute of Human Resource Management
Bangladesh Institute of Human Resource Management Foundation is the premier & international standard H.R.M professional education & training institute of Bangladesh. Institute of Project Management Bangladesh
Project Management is not a new concept in Bangladesh. Sectors like telecom or tourism, government or non-government and corporate all have projects: IPMB has been founded in 2012 to serve as a national umbrella for organization in Bangladesh to promote and advance the academy and profession of PM and to establish alliances with recognized national and international resource persons and organizations.
Mission
IPMB mission is to be the central authority for the promotion of effective project management practice and to advance the academy and profession of project management for public benefit in Bangladesh.
Purpose
To help the IPMB members and the nation to get 4 Level Certification (4LC) of IPMA Levels A, B, C and D in Bangladesh.
To represent the disciplines of project management in all sections. To establish IPMB as a nodal body of PM professionals in the country.
A structure, industry, NGOs, corporate and government organizations, education, and the arts.
To carry out Research in Project & Program Management.,
FINDINGS AND ANALYSIS Analyzing the management developing institutions in
Bangladesh works was not easy but it was interesting. Before this report
was made we thought every management institutions work is
same but it is not. There work is deferent in there own way and each
of their work is important.
The problems affecting the management development
institutions include
Shortage of competent faculty. Inappropriate courses and curriculum. Poor faculty incentives. Shortage of training material and equipment. Inadequate and inappropriate learning materials and
organization inflexibility. Lack of dynamic leadership.
Recommendation to face this problems
A national survey for management development needs. Establishing strong linkages between management
training and Career development. Creating favorable environment for utilizing the skills. Strengthening the existing management development
institutions. Setting up of new management development institutions
for private. Sector business.
Factors Supporting Management Development in
Bangladesh Perceived Need for Management Development . Private Industries & Institutional Collaboration . Academic Tradition & Institutions. Framework for Private Educational Institutions. Availability of Trained Management Academics.
CONCLUSION There are more management developing
institution in Bangladesh. All their work is also important.
But the institutions that are elaborated in the
report are the pioneer in management developing in Bangladesh. Without their works no
development could not have been occurred in Bangladesh.
Management development institutions are the integral part of our countries economic
development and by doing this report we came to know
about them and their work which will help us to
attain our personal objectives and goals in near future.
