Economics, B.Com (Hons.), and BBE at Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Post Graduate College (University of Delhi ). He has written articles on agricultural economics, sustainable development, and higher education in several journals of national repute. He is a member of many associations, such as Indian Economic Association, India International Intellectual Society, and All India Foundation for Peace and Development. He was also a member of Academic Council, University of Delhi from 1994-98 and 2007-08. Apart from this, he is a member of various committees of University of Delhi, University Grants Commission, and Govt. of Delhi. Presently, he is serving as Principal, Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College (University of Delhi). About the Authors

Jaswinder Singh did his M.A. Honors from School of Economics in 1980 and Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Punjab
