About Management & Wisdom

Management in all business and organizational activities is the act

of getting people together to accomplish desired goals and objectives using

available resources efficiently and effectively. Management comprises planning,

organizing, staffing, leading or directing, and controlling an organization or effort for the

purpose of accomplishing a goal.

Wisdom is a deep understanding and realization of people, things, events or situations,

resulting in the ability to apply perceptions, judgments and actions in keeping

with this understanding. It often requires control of one's emotional reactions

so that universal principles, reason and knowledge prevail to determine one's

actions. Wisdom is also the comprehension of what is true coupled with optimum judgment as

to action. Synonyms include: sagacity, discernment, or insight.

Plan your life as though you are going to live forever, But Live today as if your going to die tomorrow.

To widen your life with out deepening it, is only to weaken it.

If a tree becomes taller, it has to send its roots deeper. The taller the building the deeper the foundation.

First Minute: Drive away all thoughts. Empty the cup of your mind of its

I always take time off for my self.

I have learnt to say NO!

I learn from my mistakes.

I put my self first.

I never get insulted.

I ask questions.

Take Three Minutes to Think of Yourself First

Page 10: MANAGEMENT WISDOM

When you make mistakes, learn from them rather than

getting angry.Choose a job you love and you will not have a day of anger

In your working life. Most problems are really the absence of ideas.Think ahead … anticipate… do it or get it done, even if second best… you will be

less angry.Say sorry at the right moment to reduce the anger of other. For every 10 mins your angry, you loose 600 seconds of happiness. No body can make you angry without your consent.Never get angry with a man who has nothing to lose.Indecision makes you angry. Therefore decide-This way or That wayYou cannot change others easily as you can change your self
