In 20 years, Malmö’s population has increased by 71,000 residents (+30%)

Malmö had 1.8 million visitors staying overnight in 2012 (73% from Sweden)

In addition, approx. 5.1 million visitors made a daytrip to Malmö (excluding commuters)
