International Concept & Standards in Pleven

Mall Pleven will be the first shopping mall in the region which will be built according to the best international standards and practices in the industry. As such the mall will feature spaciousness, excellent visibility of shops, and optimal flow of customers throughout the mall. The strong tenant mix includes both international brands, which will be introduced for the first time in Pleven, and successful, Bulgarian retailers and entertainment operators in order to serve the specific needs and demands of the consumers in the area.

The shopping center will be developed as a fashion oriented retail project on five floors - two underground parking and three levels above ground. The total built up area, which will exceed 47,000 m2 will include a supermarket, retail shops, and an entertainment section.
