• Mali’s main resource peanuts, but some gold has been found in northern parts of the country.
People and size
• Mali has 1.6 of all the people that live in Africa and the land covers 1.24 million square kilometers.

Clothing and food
• The usual clothing is florescent cotton knitting and a normal meal contains chicken and beans.
Jobs
• Like most countries in Africa there main jobs are markets and farms.
Economy
• Mali’s economy is largely agriculturally based, which is simply saying they get most of their money from growing crops and other products.
The leader
• Their leader is Amadou Taumani Toure, he brought along the idea of a multi-party democracy, which is basically what we have, as in Democrat and Republican.
Money making areas.
• BAMako (the capital) Timbuktu, Mapti, Djnnene, Seagu, all tourist hot spots.
Land forms
• The biggest river that runs through Mali is the Niger River and the highest point is Hombori Tondo, the area is mostly covered with desert.
