Bi-fold doors are a stunning alternative to french or patio doors and can be installed so that the doors sit inside or outside of the property when folded back. The flexibility of a WarmCore folding sliding door helps your home become a space that works for you. Open and airy on beautiful summer days, warm and insulating in the colder months. Integrating outside living with interiors whilst enhancing both.

Safe and secure, WarmCore aluminium doors are built around a full width orange thermal core to maximise the use of low conductive material. This ensures they are 25% more efficient at keeping heat in your home than traditional aluminium doors, with no compromise on strength or style.

Inwards or outwards opening up to 6 metres wide with as many as seven opening sashes smoothly gliding along custom designed tracks. The innovative design allows you to split the door sashes in whichever way suits your home, including having a ‘traffic’ door at one end for everyday use. When open all sashes stack neatly in line with each other and are kept perfectly parallel using discreet magnets. Open ends of the door sashes, hidden from view when closed, are coloured black for a neat uniform appearance.

Ultion security cylinder

When Ultion detects an attack it activates Lockdown Mode. A hidden firing pin in Ultion’s core secures the central cam and stops the intruder being able to open the door.

As well as being approved by the Police and achieving the highest Kitemark star rating, Ultion is tested by locksmiths with the Master Locksmith Association and is accredited with their highest standard, Sold Secure Diamond. Most security locks have only five or six pins; Ultion uses eleven. This means that Ultion creates nearly three times the amount of key combinations required for the highest standard. Both ends of every Ultion lock feature twenty hardened steel pins and plates, each one positioned precisely to protect your lock from a drill attack.

Fuhr door gearing

MultiSafe multi-point door locks are renowned for their ease of use, reliability and durability. Profile specific keeps ensure secure fastening to the outer frame.

Lever action is a very simple means of operating a door lock. When the door is unlocked by the cylinder, depress the lever to release all locking points. On closing, lift the lever to engage the main locking points then turn the key in the profile cylinder to throw the central deadbolt and to deadlock all other locking points.

Where security is a greater concern on main residential doors, the Secured by Design accredited FUHR 856 Type 3, with two hook bolts and two roller cams is recommended.

SFS hinge (70mm composite door)

The Dynamic 2D hinge offers a traditional look and complete adjustability, with a high security and strong technical performance and reliability without compromising on aesthetics.

These hinges are robust enough to meet and exceed British Standard PAS 24 throughout the lifetime of the door and hold a ‘Secured by Design’ license. Available in six standard colours.

Nico hinge

The Nico 3D adjustable door hinge has been developed for long life performance. Featuring low-friction bearings for smooth door opening, it offers reliable maintenance-free operation. It is fully adjustable in three directions and the patented design allows the hinge to remain fixed to the door during adjustment.

The Open Out variant has a special security feature which makes it ideal for use when the hinge roll is outside the door. The hinge is able to carry 80kg on two or three hinges.
