Additional Do’s:

• Do not add paragraphs. Add Bullets

• Add images than writing lengthy paragraphs

• Add animations in few slides [Avoid to much of animations]

• Add Graphs for representing data

• Ask Questions and make audience think. Have some goodies as well.

• Maintain same font, style, design in all slides. Consistency is important.

• Have one or two slides which makes audience smile

Don’ts

• Do not read the presentation which has big paragraphs. Avoid Paragraphs.

• Do not clutter the slide with too much content.

• Do not take continuous presentation for more than 1 Hr 15 Mins. Take small break.
