PREFACE

M.B.A is a professional course where in for a student to

process only theroetical knowleedge Alone is not enough but

also to improve practical knowledge, skill, and experience

becomes necessary to have. which is helpur to them. In short

student can get full practical knowledege of personnel,

scenario. When we do work at particular position in the

HISTORY AND DEVELOPMENTIn the year 1926 Makson Group started as a small

manually operated in – house Confectionery products operated

in – house Conffectionery products manufacturing unit for local

market. Later the founder and Chairman of the Company Mr.

Dhanjibhai who is a mechanical engineer visited an exhibition

in 1972 at pragati maiden, New Delhi.

The chairman of the company Mr. Dhanjibhai was

awarded “ Self made Industrialist “. Award in the year 1981 by

the vice president of Indill and Ex-officio Chairman of the Rajya

Sabha Mr. Hiddyat Ullah. Following this award many other

awards such as “ The National Award For Import Substitution”.

In the year 1983, “Export Award” by the Government of Indill

He was Also Awarded The “ LENCO Excellence Award” As “

The Best Industrialist And Philanthropist”. After this intical

experience Makson Started to Build Machineries

Later in the year 1983 Makson Expanded as a contract

Confectionery manufactures to renowned companies Such as

Nestle,Cadbury,Unilever, Hindustan Lever Limited, Ranbaxy,

Cipla, Himalaya, Boots Primal, Knoll Parma, Coca Cola, Bile

Cross Labs, etc. Makson has a dedicated manufacturing facility

for P and G, Johnson and Johnson and Johnson awarded

Makson “ Contract Manufacture Of the year Award” For 2

Consecutive years 1995 and 1996 .

WAGES AND SALARY ADMINISTRATION

In Makson wages and salaries distributed for workers and staff on the 7th

of each month salary is provided by Cheque the employee can apply for

advance on 22nd of preceding month. It employee takes a loan from company

the amount of interest is deducted directly from the salary.

There are three grades for salary distribution:

1. Executive

2. Staff / Supervisor

ADD: Salary + Daily Allowance + General Allowance

LESS: P. F + E. S. I + Installment if loan is taken

There are two types of financial plan:

1. Long term financial planning

2. Short term financial planning

The term financial plan are formulated for the expansion of business for

starting new units for developing new products for modernization of the unit

and for the purpose of sales of fixed assets.

The share term financial plans are formulated for the smooth functioning

of the day to day business operation for the payment of miscellaneous expenses

financial planning short term financial planning is for monthly planning and
