HOUSE RULES

BEFORE STAY

Check internet is working

Run the taps in the both bathroom showers

Collect one month of linen change and cleaning before admitting the guest.

Please ask the guest to keep shoes outside and feet off the coach.

DURING STAY

Cleaning and linen change every week (mandatory).

Customer to pay all rental via airbnb. Only linen change and cleaning to be paid directly.

No pets or smoking allowed in the apartment

A maximum of only 3 occupants permitted to stay.

Water x3 plants weekly

CHECK OUT

Check all items are intact and not broken

Check sofa for scratches.

Check Jacuzzi, aircon and TV

Arrange items according to the photographs herein.
