Brock gets a bathBy Colleen

Taking him up the the bath, Maia tells Brock, “You can’t be this muddy inside!”

But as soon as he hears the tap turning,Brock starts running, off to find somewhere to hide!

Trailing mud all over the house, he bounds around and jumps up onto the couch. 

Chasing him down the stairs and around the chairs, Maia finds him under the table being a grouch. 

Maia creeps up behind him and cuddles in beside him

before taking him upstairs to the tub. 

Helping him into the bath and making a splash,

Maia tells Brock, ‘You need a good scrub!’ 

After his bath, Brock makes another dash dripping water with each step he takes.

 Rushing into the hall, he stands big and tall

before drying himself with a shake. 

There’s now water on the floor, the walls and the roof but even worse… water on Maia. 

Soaked through to the skin, Maia has a big grin as she shouts, ‘Next time, we’ll use a hair dryer!’
