■Sealed bearing with low friction Reduced rotational torque by 90%, equivalent to non-contacting type sealed bearings
■Expanding application area capable of using under salted water and salt wind environment No foreign substances enters inside, enhancing antirust characteristics by surface treatment
■High dust-proof and water-proof performances Ingress Protection (IP) code of equivalent to 67.
Magnetic fluid Sealed Bearing is capable of forming a strong membrane of the
magnetic fluid at the sealed area, which blocks the incoming water and/or foreign
substances. This makes it possible to maintain the initial performance of the
bearing for a long period by reducing noise, preventing rust, and improving
rotational feeling.
This state-of-the-art bearing has been developed based on Origin’s technology and
breaks the common sense thus far about the conventional bearings. The unique
structure allows for maintaining true rotational performance for a long period with
lower torque, preventing water and foreign substances from getting inside.
