1 IntroductionThe program is very powerful and very easy to work with

After completing 5 easy steps you will have submitted a unique article to around 700 articledirectories and created a huge number of backlinks

Step 1 ndash register a googlemail email account and setup your profile

Step 2 ndash click the ldquocreate accountsrdquo button to automatically register as an author with magic

Article submitters huge list of built in article directories

Step 3 ndash click the ldquoactivate accountsrdquo button and magic article submitter will automatically

process the confirmation link emails to activate your accounts

Step 4 ndash create your article and then select appropriate categories

Step 5 ndash click the ldquosubmit articlesrdquo button and magic article submitter will automaticallysubmit

The software has a built in wizard that makes it very easy to use



11 Create user profile

To start work with Magic Article Submitter click the wizard button and select ldquoGo toProfiles managementrdquo

Then fill out the profile data and click next

ImportantBefore you fill out your profile please create email account on httpwwwGoogleMailcom

And you have to use this account data (email address and password) in your profile

After creating account in GoogleMailscom service you should enable IMAP mail feature

Here are details



1 Login into your email account

2 Click Settings

3 Click Forwarding and POPIMAP

4 Select Enable IMAP

5 Click Save Changes

The First Name and Last Name are used to create your pen name (author name in articledirectories) The author name should be unique within article directory Thatrsquos why Irecommend you enter some pseudo instead real First and Last Name

It is to omit problems during submitting your articles

You are able to create as many profiles as you wish just click Manage Profile button on MAStoolbar

It is still strongly recommended to have just one profile only

12 Register in Article Directories as AuthorAfter you click Next button on Add Profile screen Magic Article Submitter will start creating yourauthor accounts with its huge built in database of article directories - 700



Occasionally windows will appear asking you to enter a captcha image text which is required to

create an account on certain directories Just enter the captcha image text and click ldquoDonerdquo

This process will take approximately 3 minutes to complete and you will then have createdaccounts in around 700 directories

You will some time see than MAS canrsquot register in particular directories it is because sometime article directory sites are unavailable or they had crashed

You can repeat registration process any time you wish Just click Create Account button

I strongly recommend you to run Create Account process a few times to maximize quantity ofdirectories you have registered as author in

You are able to manually interrupt registration process by clicking Stop button

Please be patient because registration process is very complicated when you not see progressplease wait up to 10 minutes And the click Stop button not earlier

Then you may click close wizard button and restart registration process from very beginning



IMPORTANT

Please wait up to 10 minutes after Registration process completion You should give this delayto ensure that most of activation links have been received in your mailbox

Check your mailbox and you will see quantity of delivered activation links Wait while thequantity will be near 500

13 Activate accounts in article directoriesMagic Article Submitter will automatically activate these accounts for you

Just click the next button after completion of Creating Account process

The software will start to read all emails containing activation messages



and will also check the spam folder

This process is VERY TIME CONSUMING Magic Article Rewriter should download all emails withactivation links get activation links and confirm them try to log in to each article directory

Please wait up to 20 minutes to complete this process The performance of this process dependson speed of your internet channel

You can repeat activation account process any time you wish Just click Activate Accounts

button

I strongly recommend you to run Activate Account process a few times to maximize quantity ofdirectories you have activated accounts

You are able to manually interrupt activation process by clicking Stop button

We can also see a display of any errors caused by a of delay in receiving activation emails fromarticle directories

IMPORTANT

When Magic Article Submitter did not find any activation messages in your mailbox it enables youto restart activation process from very beginning MAS will reconfirm all activation linksincluding confirmed already Please do it if you have low quantity of activated accounts



14 Create ArticleClick the next button after completion of Activate Account process

We are now ready to add an new article

Select create new article and click Next Button

Then enter your article into the article wizard making sure you complete each article field



You can use either hand written articles or articles spun by Magic Article Rewriter the bestarticle rewriting and spinning tool on the market

Just select copy and paste the text for your title summary content resource box and keywordanchored links And then click next

Using spun articles will submit a unique article to each directory and have a huge impact on thequality of inbound links you receive

You can utilize | or [spin] | [spin] spinning tags

You should use html formatting in Resource box like this

15 Select Article CategoriesWe are now going to select the categories that our article will be submitted to

Enter keyword into text box and press Search Button



You can select multiple categories by entering different keywords and clicking the searchbutton

Regarding the category selection Instead of putting in your article keyword put in somethingmore broad For instance if your keyword is bathroom remodeling put in home improvementThe submitter will return a large number (possibly hundreds) of categories to choose frominstead of just 6 or 7 Then go through and eliminate any category that does not fit as you wouldin any text editor For instance you would eliminate home improvement gt roofing etc You willstill be left with dozens of categories and your article will be submitted to hundreds of sitesEliminating the ones that dont fit will take all of about 2 minutes

Another way to do it I had an article where the keyword was wood swing set First I put in thekeyword swings and got a few categories Then I put in the keyword children and got a ton ofcategories The nice thing is that these categories were simply added to the list that was alreadythere for swings I went through again and eliminated all of the categories that did not fit(children gt education etc) and was left with a huge list again I then took it one step farther andput in the keyword kids Again the submitter returned dozens of categories to my alreadyexisting list After eliminating the bad fit categories I was left with well over 100 categories forthe submitter to choose from Every one of them was appropriate for my article

You can copy list of categories and clean it in any word processor software

There is ldquoBypass directories without selected categoriesrdquo checkbox on Select Categories screen

You can uncheck it and MAS will show you categories in each article directory during submittingprocess And you should select appropriate one for your article



You can create as many articles as you wish

Just click Manage Article button

Click Finish button when you have added all categories needed

16 Submit ArticleWhen to complete account registration activation and added one article you are ready to submitit to article directories You will see list and quantity of article directories you are enabled submitarticle in

This quantity depends on how many accounts in article directories are activated already

There are two lists on MAS Main Screen they show selected profile and selected article which willbe submitted

Please check if appropriate profile and article selected before you click Submit button



Now click the submit articles button and

Magic article submitter will start submitting your article MAS will try to login and then to submitarticles You will see current submitting status and progress

The submission process takes an average of just 5 minutes to complete

Some time you will see different kinds of errors They are usually because wrong responses fromarticle directories In such huge amount of sites some can be unavailable or overloaded whenyou are posting the article

Just start again Submitting process in couple of hours



When you have selected ldquoBypass directories without selected categoriesrdquo checkbox on SelectCategories screen

Magic Article Submitter will skip such article directories where are no categories you haveselected

When submission process has been finished you may check submitting results

Magic article submitter has just submitted my article into 286 directories that contain thecategories I selected



If you are not satisfied with quantity of articles submitted please after submitting process havebeen finished uncheck ldquoBypass directories without selected categoriesrdquo checkbox and startSubmitting process Then you will be able to manually select category in each of directories
