The proposed surface treatment, disposal and recycling site is located 2.0 miles Southeast of Madisonville, TX, in the John Talbert Survey, Abstract No. 30, Madison County, TX. The proposed disposal site is located on real property owned by Sarah T. Smith.

Affected persons may protest this application. Protests must be in writing and must be received by the 15th day after the last date of publication of this notice. The last date of publication of this notice is expected to be August 5, 2020 which means the protests should be received by August 20, 2020.
