INTRODUCTION
This document will explain briefly the Logistic process to transport 184 pieces corresponding to GWDC’s oil rig, a company who carry out perforations services and well reparation not just In Colombia but also in the world. These pieces were located in Huila at Oil well named Gigante 5 location to be transported to Barranquilla port by land and there, these were loaded in Rickmers Yokohama Vessel to be transported to Dalian Port in China finally.
In this way, we present a specific photographic description about Aci Cargo’s logistic’s transport for this operation.
1. Objective:
-Coordinate Logistic to transport an Oil Rig in 184 pieces from Oil well, Gigante 5 in Huila to Barranquilla port and then be loaded on a Vessel with destiny China.
-Perform export custom brokerage.

3. Transportation.
3.1 To prepare the cargo
Origin: Pozo Gigante 5 in Huila, Colombia
The GWDC’s oil Rig was located at Gigante 5 Huila zone, so initially, we proceed to verify if the cargo was ready to be transported and to ensure that all the pieces were described at packing list. In this way and during three days, we made an inventory modifying some items and volume of pieces with the correct digits.

Transporting pieces, from oil well to Barranquilla, was made at 2nd December/2013 day. The reception zone of the cargo in Barranquilla was Compas port terminal and the receipt of the cargo was finalized at 19th December/2013. The inland logistic was made at the following way:

To the transport of these pieces on the Colombian roads, our professional equipment intervened in many meetings with the relevant authorities in order to his transport didn’t have drawbacks (We talk with communities of the region directly for this transport)

3.4 Loads at Port
To this Export Process, our professional team met with Antinarcotics National Policy in many times in order to comply with the due process, specifically with antinarcotics authority. So, our team explains him about our complete logistic in order to get approves for this process.
Two weeks before Rickmers Yokohama arrives at port, we proceed to make the inspection of each container, being this inspection satisfactory. The Vessel arrived at March 3 of 2014 and it finalize day 7th of March/2014. We loaded all 184 pieces in this vessel successfully.

4. Conclusion
With our professional coordination, Aci Cargo Logistic successfully achieved this operation. We transported 184 pieces from Huila to Barranquilla Port, performed successfully the custom export process and port operations.
