Background
ATM Stealing and vandalism
Squash Security at a glance

• # of Supported camera
• Camera Type • Battery Back up
• Outdoor application
• Passive, need continuous monitoring
• Live Video • No. To enable need Ethernet with 1
Mbps bandwidth. • Yes, it is stored locally in the CCTV Hard
disk. Need manual data retrieval from the site.
• No • Yes, so that customer does not miss
important incident
• Limited number of camera to be monitored. Max. is 5 monitor or 20 cameras/person.
• Max. 8 cameras
• Video Camera various resolution • External Bulky UPS last for 1 hour
• Not ready, need to modify and put
outdoor enclosure
Conventional CCTV SQUASH IAM Site Security
• Active, only triggered site will be reported
• Digital Image • Yes, it requires data link through
cellular GPRS. • Yes, all incident is stored in the server.
Data can be accessed remotely through web whenever required
• Yes for data transfer to server • Not required, every incident is
reported to customer through web and mobile app.
• Unlimited since Squash System is Active system where only triggered alarm site will be displayed.
• 20 cameras (type: SS-2A) or 3 cameras (type: SS-1A)
• Digital Image Camera 640x480 pixel • Internal battery and Mini UPS 4,000
mAH last for 8 hours • Ready for Outdoor use.

Recording 2 IP cameras using MPEG-4 video compression, with a screen resolution of 640 X 480 pixels at 7.5 frames per second (1/4 real time video), you will need approximately 650Kbps of bandwidth. This means that on the network where your camera is located the Internet connection must support an upload speed of at least 650Kbps and the Internet connection where your remote DVR/NVR os located must have at least a 650Kbps download speed.
3 cameras =~ 1,000 kbps
3 cameras =~ 35 kbps
http://www.gsmarena.com/glossary.php3?term=gprs
GPRS General Packet Radio Service is a packet-switching technology that enables data transfers through cellular networks. It is used for mobile internet, MMS and other data communications. In theory the speed limit of GPRS is 115 kbps, but in most networks it is around 35 kbps. Informally, GPRS is also called 2.5G.
