2. Click Connect and the following connection windows will appear.
3. When the connection is successful an iconindicating network activity between the localand remote computer will appear in thesystem tray.
Click the icon and select theDetails tab, to get the ServerIP address for softwareaccess.
The displayed Server IP-address has to be entered as part of the URL foraccess to the repeater software.

Al lowed entries are‘MODEM1’, MODEM2’,etc. up to ‘MODEM10’ (capital letters, noblanks).No other names willbe accepted.
Click Finish.

6.1. START THE ADD/REMOVE WIZARD IN WINDOWS 2000 SYSTEMS
Note: Each role is allocated to one loopback adapter. If it is necessary to
install a loopback adapter for a new role (user) it is also necessaryto create a new mmrDialInUser. See chapter 'IncomingConnections'.
1. To start the Add/RemoveHardware Wizard
click Start Settings ControlPanel.
2. Double-click Add/Remove
Hardware.

6.3. RENAME A MICROSOFT LOOPBACK ADAPTER
1. Click Start Control Panel
Network and Dial-upConnections.
2. Open the Network and Dial-upConnections and rename thenew loopback adapter.
The new Microsoft Loopback Adapter is named Local AreaConnection 2.
It is necessary to rename the newloopback adapter.
Note: The new name has to
be Local_IP5.
This name is allocated toaccount-No. 5.Look up the related account-numbers, roles and login namesin the software of the MasterController,menu MMR Master Controller \Configuration \ Accounts.
3. Open the context menu and clickProperties to customize the IPaddress and subnet mask of theloopback adapter.

4. Mark Internet Protocol TCP/IP and
click Properties.
5. Tag Use the following IPaddress and insert the IPaddress 192.168.1.51. Thisaddress is mandatory because itis assigned to account-No. 5.The value for the subnet mask is255.255.255.0.

Note: If it is necessary to uninstall a loopback adapter always uninstall it
with the Add/Remove Hardware Wizard.
1. In Choose a Removal Task select Uninstall a device.
Click Next.
2. In Installed Devices on YourComputer select the adapter,e.g. Microsoft Loopback Adapter #5.
Click Next.
3. In Uninstall a Device ensure thatthe correct device is chosen andselect Yes, I want to uninstallthis device.
Click Next.
