Stop by and build something fun at the library! We'll have Legos, K'nex andother materials to build with. Everyone can make their own creation, or worktogether to create something awesome. All ages are welcome! We even have Baby Blocks! No Registration Required.

Rock Detectives with U of M Museum of Natural HistorySaturday, February 8, 2020at 1:00P.M.-2:00P.M. & 2:30P.M.-3:30P.M.

The U of M Museum of Natural History is bringing the Museum to LTPL! Inthis hands-on workshop, students will learn about the rock cycle, rocks andminerals' compositions, and how rocks and minerals are used in everydayobjects. Students will record observations and rotate between three differenthands-on stations, each facilitated by museum staff.

We will offer two sessions with a maximum of 30 students each, so pleasebe sure to register for only one session; let us know if you are unable toattend so that we can open spots for other children.

Open to Grades 2-6.Registration Required.
