With a web browser… Log into http://www.Dropbox.com

Your Dropbox email and password are required

Create a new folder and name it… “Files For Webmaster”

Add photos, documents and videos by dragging them into the folder from files on your desktop. Always “copy” your files for

sharing. Keep a set of the original files on your computer.

Open the folder and confirm your files have copied into the “Files For Webmaster” folder

Right click on the “Files For Webmaster” folder and select “Invite to folder…”

Fill in an email address and add a message… Click “Share Folder” when done.

The Folder Icon has changed and the Link Icon is on now that your folder has been shared.

Click the “Sharing Icon” to check status and the list of people you have invited to your folder.

If you received and accepted an email invitation from the webmaster to join the “Lynn Schools” folder it also should be

visible in your list of folders at www.Dropbox.com

If so, double click it, find your school folder inside… and drag files into it. Always “copy” your files for sharing.

Keep a set of the original files on your computer.
