informal partnership at
the initiative of a core
group of 17 European
Regions, the Network
is led by the Regional
Government of
Tuscany.
Nowadays: 43 Regions
from 13 EU Countries.
9 Working Groups
The WG on Forestry is called the
“European Network of Forested Regions”
Areas of interest:
Bioeconomy regional strategies and regional action plans, in connection
Wood mobilization, and specially through the ROSEWOOD project
Non Wood Forest Products Mobilization, and specially through the INCREDIBLE project
The Group is also interested in forest risk protection, and specially on fire prevention

LIFE 2020 Call for Proposal (Nature and Biodiversity)
Exploring the possibility to prepare a project about the
conservation and protection of the EU large carnivores
(bear, lynx, wolf & wolverine).
Call structure: 2 stages / UE contr. between 60 y 75%
Deadline First Stage: July 16th 2020
