ALMONDIGAS Ingredients: 1 piece small size carrot 1 slice squash 1 big onion diced (white) 1 clove garlic pounded 4 eggs 1 cup bread crumbs Salt to taste 1 magic sarap 1 pc misua ½ cup cooking oil Malunggai leaves PROCEDURE: 1. Big Bangus deboned and cooked in small amount of water. 2. Boil left over parts of the Bangus for broth. 3. Mix all ingredients in the 2 cups meat of bangus except misua and malunggai. 4. Saute onion and garlic in cooking oil. 5. Pour broth in fried garlic and onion. 6. Make balls from the mixture of Bangus.
