3-6 target nests per chamber ~150um per point matching accuracy in XY-directions

-> quite some work and effort from the MEA team!

August 2011 test run at DORIS

Small leakage currents (typically below 100nA per plane) Low hit occupancy (typically 1 hit per plane for “track

candidate events”) No issues with the readout No trips, even during injection

-> in general: very reasonable performance!

Finalize survey/alignment Verify efficiencies; select working conditions
