LST Vocoder Module - Low Bit Rate Vocoder Module Product Synopsis: The LST Vocoder Module from Linkstar Technologies Ltd is a product inspired from a previous version of a Vocoder module. Linkstar has successfully designed and developed a newer generation Vocoder integrating multiple features required in a Communications environment. The new LST Vocoder series has integral features beyond the realm of any available Vocoder product. The LST Vocoder is integrated with interface and peripheral needed for a product manufacturer, without need for additional peripheral circuits. The Vocoder configurations and functionality are “User Software Configurable”, and also allows user to port “Proprietary Algorithms to the Module, through the “Evaluation and Programming Kit”. This reduces redundant hardware to an end product. The LST Vocoder is manufactured to stringent quality standards, making it extremely robust and reliable.
Applications: The LST Vocoder can be seamlessly integrated to: Legacy systems and Networks-TDM-(Packet), Line Cards of Private Networks, VoIP, Secure Phones, Modems, Encryption Systems, Fixed or Portable Transceivers, HF/VHF/UHF, P25, Interoperability Systems for Tactical applications.
