Scalable Suite of Modular Technology Langenburg Technologies is integrable, modular and scalable. Influent > SynGas > Power The solids, which have a high energy BTU value, are processed through the Langenburg Technologies Plasma System and converted into clean SynGas and electricity.

Langenburg Technologies Wastewater Treatment System The compact Langenburg Technonlogies System separates wastewater into liquids and solids for treatment. The residue is further processed with the solids being ground and compressed with remaining liquids, then converted into pure drinking water.
Highly Efficient Salt Extraction System The Langenburg Technologies Desalination System extracts salts and excessive minerals from large volumes of industrial and municipal waste, or seawater. Langenburg Technologies Systems are more efficient than other systems, having a significantly reduced footprint. Conventional desalination plants bear the burden of high volumes of salts and toxic effluent that must be disposed of off- site. Landfills are utilized as a partial solution. Residual salt-concentrates are pumped miles off-shore for disposal, resulting in much higher saline concentrations and lower ocean pH levels found at the outfalls.
Current desalination processes are detrimental to the ocean life and fisheries, and legislation is becoming increasingly restrictive about these practices. The Langenburg Technologies Desalination System creates high quality drinking water for municipalities or pure water for industry. Electrical power is generated as a byproduct of the process with excess power that can be utilized by industry or sold to the electrical grid. Effluent is destroyed by our plasma system leaving no toxic waste or pollution.

Langenburg Technologies Effluent & Industrial Waste Processing The Langenburg Technologies Industrial Effluent System utilizes multiple-stage separation, filtration and contaminate removal combined with the Langenburg Technologies Water and Power System. Discharges from food processing, heavy industry, toxic waste sites and lagoons can be remediated by Langenburg Technologies Systems. Any residual solids are gasified, creating clean, pure water without contaminates or pathogens and baseload electricity without emissions. All application outputs are configurable for closed-loop recycling, distribution and/or grid connection.

Solid Waste Processing Langenburg Technologies Solid Waste Systems for Industrial Solid Waste or Municipal Solid Waste use two stages of compaction reducing solids into extremely dense cubes with very high BTU values. Any liquids from the solid waste are removed during a secondary compaction stage. These liquids are purified into potable water. Remaining effluent including the high-density cubes, are conveyed into the Langenburg Technologies Solid Waste Plasma Reactor wherein the waste is gasified for use as fuel by the Langenburg Technologies Turbine. This proprietary fuel drives the Langenburg Technologies Generator Sets for electric power and clean SynGas production. WASTE PROBLEMS
Scalable & Flexible The scalable Langenburg Technologies Wastewater Treatment System can be configured as units which are placed in-line with existing sewer lines to augment capacity or placed below grade with other infrastructure. Langenburg Technologies Systems provide sewage treatment options for new sub-divisions, villages or for high-rise building developments.
Typical Installation
On-Site Wastewater & Sewage Solutions Langenburg Technologies Systems may be placed below grade in an existing roadway sewage line to supplement capacity. High-rise or industrial complexes may place units in a basement to provide a closed loop system providing clean water and SynGas to power the buildings.

On-Site Langenburg Technologies Wastewater Treatment System
The Water Processing & Solids Separator (1) accepts waste slurries comprising solids, water and other liquids where all solids are filtered and separated from all liquids. Solids are expelled into the solids processor having Low-Heat Input (4) and High-Heat Input (5) sections for converting solids into inert ash, and also for evaporating any/all residual liquids exiting the Gas Converter (2/6). Residual Waste (7) ash is held for later removal and disposal. Gaseous material exiting the Gas Converter (2/6) enters the BioGas or SynGas Converter (9), where it is converted to organic or synthetic gas – primarily Hydrogen. Intake (8)-air is under Compression (10), within the engine’s pre-combustion stage at the Combustion Chamber Cold Section (10a). The engine’s Hot Section (10b) is the combustion chamber, where temperatures reach about 1000˚F. The overall Engine Temperature (11) remains about 465˚F. A controlled flow of non-combustible SynGas produced by the BioGas or SynGas Converter (9), regulates the ambient temperature of the engine’s Turbine (10c), in which the turbine’s blades drive a shaft connected to Power Generator (3) to produce electrical power. From the engine’s Hot Section (10b), and Turbine (10c), gases exit and expand through the engine’s exhaust nozzle, then into the Cooling Section (12) where the exhaust temperature is reduced to about 265˚F. Within the Cold Section (13), water vapor absorbs any Waste Heat (14) that is reduced to about 87˚F, which is ejected into the atmosphere. Not shown in the schematic (for clarity) are feedback loops carrying extracted heat and unburnt gases into the engine’s combustion chamber – Hot Section (10b), for reburning.
LANGENBURG TECHNOLOGIES Frack Water Processing & Recycling Chemicals and/or salt are separated from frack water, producing on-site purified fresh water using the Langenburg Technologies process. There is no threat to local aquifers and no chemical disposal. Electricity and optional clean SynGas are also generated. The Langenburg Technologies Frack Water Process eliminates freshwater hauling and need for disposal wells.

Langenburg Technologies Power Plant Conversion Project Langenburg Technologies recently purchased an existing power plant near the Columbia River. Once modified and converted, it will produce purified, high- quality drinking water from toxic industrial lagoons, and enough fuel for 30MW of continuous, grid- connected, baseload electricity with no emissions.
