The foreign capital company „Land Support Systems” SRL have

the great ambitious goal to become the leader for provision of

services in the field of digital cartography, design and other

related activities for the Republic of Moldova. We are

progressively evaluating as a top company in the field of

professional services for ground measurements, geo-

information systems, digital cartography and photogrammetry.

MAIN PROJECTS:

Land Support Systems as a successor of BLOM Moldova has completed a large

number of surveying, mapping, orthophoto, and DTM production projects. Through

the projects we have gained extensive experience in the design of a production

flow, managing the production processes and ensuring a high quality output. The

production is carried out according to the quality assurance system. Our approach

is to serve the client and we have to meet his expectations, resp. specifications, not

forcing the client to match our system.

Throughout our company activity, we developed a great number of

topographic surveys, geodetic works for the design of gas-ducts etc. in the

districts of Briceni, Teleneşti, Ungheni, Sîngerei, Cahul, Leova, Nisporeni ş.a.

In February 2006, the company was awarded for the execution of cadastral

works in the localities situated within the activity range of the territorial

cadastre offices in Ungheni, Hînceşti, Tighina, Republic of Moldova. The

contract was financed by the World Bank, and the works concerned more

than 42,250 real-estate objects.






In June 2006, the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency

launched the tender ca lled „Technical Assistance for the First Cadastre Project

in the Republic of Moldova” and after a strong competition our consortium

with ORGUT was selected as a winner. The contract aims at providing

assistance for the setting-up of a transparent, effective and efficient land and

cadastre system, able to provide qualitative and state-of-the-art real-estate

objects registration services, to all clients, at an affordable price.

In 2007, Blominfo A/S was awarded the tender «Moldova ortho -photo 2007»,

with budget financed by the Norwegian Government. Our company

supported Blominfo in execution of this project at all its stages.

In 2007, we won the tender “Setting-up and implementation of the

computerised information system “Real-estate objects cadastre””.

In 2008, our company was awarded the tender on the Computerised

Information System “State Register of administrative-territorial units and of

streets within the localities situated on the territory of the Republic of

Moldova”.






In the summer of 2011 we supported the JICA and PASCO in “Creation of

database for BaseMap for development of national spatial data infrastructure

in the Republic of Moldova”. We successfully executed Preliminary survey by

photo-interpretation & Field Identification for 1:50 000 topographical maps

for all territory of the Republic of Moldova.

One of the last (2012) of our projects is concerned to management of rasters

for address points extraction. This project belongs to a long period agreement

including GIS data conversion, image processing, cadastral data processing

and management, etc. for achieving Navteq requests.
