Y ou should arrange to test your equipment as soon as possible. Test Certicates or LRIT terminals will be required or radio sur veys and inspection rom 31 December 2008. Ship operators are required to provide shipborne equipment which complies with the LRIT regulation, pass a conormance test and obtain a test certicate. All shipborne LRIT equipment must be tested and certied by an Authorised T esting ASP appointed by your Flag. Authorised T esting ASPs will also, on behalomost Flags, be able to issue Conormance Test Reports (Test Certicates) or terminals that pass the test. 1 Buy test credits from us which activates your online LRIT test account.
