Ledelsespåtegning
Direktionen har dags dato behandlet og godkendt årsrapporten for
regnskabsåret 1. januar - 31. december 2018for LP af 2011 ApS.
Årsrapporten aflægges i overensstemmelse med
årsregnskabsloven.
Det er vores opfattelse, at årsregnskabet giver et retvisende
billede af selskabets aktiver, passiver og finansielle stil-ling
pr. 31. december 2018 og resultatet af selskabets aktiviteter for
regnskabsåret 1. januar - 31. december 2018.
Ledelsesberetningen indeholder efter vores opfattelse en
retvisende redegørelse for de forhold, beretningen om-handler.
Ledelsen indstiller til generalforsamlingen, at årsregnskabet
for 2019 ikke skal revideres. Ledelsen anser betingel-serne for at
undlade revision for opfyldt.
Årsregnskabet er ikke revideret. Ledelsen erklærer, at
betingelserne herfor er opfyldt.
Årsrapporten indstilles til generalforsamlingens
godkendelse.

Revisors erklæring om opstilling af årsrapport
Til kapitalejerne i LP af 2011 ApSVi har opstillet årsrapporten
for LP af 2011 ApS for regnskabsåret 1. januar - 31. december 2018
på grundlag af sel-skabets bogføring og øvrige oplysninger, som
virksomheden har tilvejebragt.
Årsrapporten omfatter ledelsespåtegning, ledelsesberetning,
anvendt regnskabspraksis, resultatopgørelse,balance,
egenkapitalopgørelse og noter.
Vi har udført opgaven i overensstemmelse med ISRS 4410, Opgaver
om opstilling af finansielle oplysninger.
Vi har anvendt vores faglige ekspertise til at assistere
virksomheden med at udarbejde og præsentere årsrapporteni
overensstemmelse med årsregnskabsloven. Vi har overholdt relevante
bestemmelser i revisorloven og FSR – dan-ske revisorers Etiske
regler for revisorer, herunder principper vedrørende integritet,
objektivitet, faglig kompetenceog fornøden omhu.
Årsrapporten samt nøjagtigheden og fuldstændigheden af de
oplysninger, der er anvendt til opstillingen af årsrap-porten, er
virksomhedens ansvar.
Da en opgave om opstilling af finansielle oplysninger ikke er en
erklæringsopgave med sikkerhed, er vi ikke forplig-tet til at
verificere nøjagtigheden eller fuldstændigheden af de oplysninger,
virksomheden har givet os til brug forat opstille årsrapporten. Vi
udtrykker derfor ingen revisions- eller reviewkonklusion om,
hvorvidt årsrapporten erudarbejdet i overensstemmelse med
årsregnskabsloven.

Ledelsesberetning
Selskabets væsentligste aktiviteterSelskabets hovedaktivitet
består i produktion af solbær og anden hermed beslægtet
virksomhed.
Udviklingen i aktiviteter og økonomiske forholdSelskabets
resultatopgørelse for 2018 udviser et overskud på kr. 25.760, og
selskabets balance pr. 31. december2018 udviser en negativ
egenkapital på kr. 315.986.
Selskabet har tabt hele selskabskapitalen og dermed omfattet af
selskabslovens § 119 om kapitaltab. Ledelsenforventer over en
årrække at kunne retablere kapitalen ved egen indtjening.
Betydningsfulde hændelser, som er indtruffet efter
regnskabsårets afslutningDer er efter regnskabsårets afslutning
ikke indtruffet begivenheder, som væsentligt vil kunne påvirke

Anvendt regnskabspraksis
Årsrapporten for LP af 2011 ApS for 2018 er aflagt i
overensstemmelse med årsregnskabslovens bestemmelser
forvirksomheder i regnskabsklasse B.
Den anvendte regnskabspraksis er uændret i forhold til sidste
år.
Årsrapporten for 2018 er aflagt i kr.
Generelt om indregning og målingI resultatopgørelsen indregnes
indtægter i takt med, at de indtjenes. Herudover indregnes
værdireguleringer af fi-nansielle aktiver og forpligtelser. I
resultatopgørelsen indregnes ligeledes alle omkostninger, herunder
afskrivnin-ger og nedskrivninger.
Aktiver indregnes i balancen, når det er sandsynligt, at
fremtidige økonomiske fordele vil tilflyde selskabet, og akti-vets
værdi kan måles pålideligt.
Forpligtelser indregnes i balancen, når det er sandsynligt, at
fremtidige økonomiske fordele vil fragå selskabet, ogforpligtelsens
værdi kan måles pålideligt.
Ved første indregning måles aktiver og forpligtelser til
kostpris. Efterfølgende måles aktiver og forpligtelser som
be-skrevet for hver enkelt regnskabspost nedenfor.
Visse finansielle aktiver og forpligtelser måles til amortiseret
kostpris, hvorved der indregnes en konstant effektivrente over
løbetiden. Amortiseret kostpris opgøres som oprindelig kostpris med
fradrag af eventuelle afdrag samttillæg/fradrag af den akkumulerede
amortisering af forskellen mellem kostpris og nominelt beløb.
Ved indregning og måling tages hensyn til forudsigelige tab og
risici, der fremkommer, inden årsrapporten aflæg-ges, og som be-
eller afkræfter forhold, der eksisterede på balancedagen.
ResultatopgørelsenBruttofortjenesteSelskabet anvender
bestemmelsen i årsregnskabslovens § 32, hvorefter selskabets
omsætning ikke er oplyst.
Bruttofortjeneste er et sammendrag af nettoomsætning, ændring i
lagre af færdigvarer og varer under fremstillingsamt andre
driftsindtægter med fradrag af omkostninger til råvarer og
hjælpematerialer og andre eksterne om-kostninger.
NettoomsætningIndtægter fra salg af handelsvarer og færdigvarer,
indregnes i resultatopgørelsen, når levering og risikoovergang
tilkøber har fundet sted, og hvis indtægten kan opgøres pålideligt
og forventes modtaget.

Anvendt regnskabspraksis
Omkostninger til råvarer og hjælpematerialerOmkostninger til
råvarer og hjælpematerialer indeholder det forbrug af råvarer og
hjælpematerialer, der er an-vendt for at opnå årets
nettoomsætning.
Andre eksterne omkostningerAndre eksterne omkostninger omfatter
omkostninger til distribution, salg, reklame, administration,
lokaler, tab pådebitorer, operationelle leasingomkostninger mv.
Finansielle indtægter og omkostningerFinansielle indtægter og
omkostninger indregnes i resultatopgørelsen med de beløb, der
vedrører regnskabsåret.Finansielle poster omfatter renteindtægter
og -omkostninger, realiserede og urealiserede kursgevinster og
-tabvedrørende værdipapirer, gæld og transaktioner i fremmed
valuta, amortisering af realkreditlån samt tillæg oggodtgørelse
under acontoskatteordningen mv.
Skat af årets resultatÅrets skat, som består af årets aktuelle
selskabsskat og ændring i udskudt skat, indregnes i
resultatopgørelsen medden del, der kan henføres til årets resultat,
og direkte i egenkapitalen med den del, der kan henføres til
posteringerdirekte i egenkapitalen.
BalancenMaterielle anlægsaktiverGrunde og bygninger
(jordarealer) samt andre anlæg, driftsmateriel og inventar måles
til kostpris med fradrag afakkumulerede af- og nedskrivninger.
Afskrivningsgrundlaget er kostpris med fradrag af forventet
restværdi efter afsluttet brugstid. Der afskrives ikke
pågrunde.
Kostpris omfatter anskaffelsesprisen og omkostninger direkte
tilknyttet anskaffelsen indtil det tidspunkt, hvor akti-vet er klar
til brug. For egne fremstillede aktiver omfatter kostprisen direkte
og indirekte omkostninger til material-er, komponenter,
underleverandører og løn.
Der foretages lineære afskrivninger baseret på følgende
vurdering af aktivernes forventede brugstider og restvær-dier:
BrugstidBeplantning 10 år Andre anlæg, driftsmateriel og
inventar 5 år
Aktiver med en kostpris på under kr. 13.500 omkostningsføres i
anskaffelsesåret.
Fortjeneste eller tab ved salg af materielle anlægsaktiver
indregnes i resultatopgørelsen under andre driftsindtæg-ter
henholdsvis andre driftsomkostninger.

Anvendt regnskabspraksis
VarebeholdningerVarebeholdninger måles til kostpris efter
FIFO-metoden. Er nettorealisationsværdien lavere end kostprisen,
ned-skrives til denne lavere værdi.
Kostpris for handelsvarer samt råvarer og hjælpematerialer
omfatter anskaffelsespris med tillæg af
hjemtagelses-omkostninger.
Nettorealisationsværdien for varebeholdninger opgøres som
salgspris med fradrag af færdiggørelsesomkostningerog omkostninger,
der afholdes for at effektuere salget. Værdien fastsættes under
hensyntagen til varebeholdnin-gers omsættelighed, ukurans og
forventet udvikling i salgspris.
TilgodehavenderTilgodehavender måles til amortiseret
kostpris.
EgenkapitalUdbytteForeslået udbytte vises som en særskilt post
under egenkapitalen. Udbytte indregnes som en forpligtelse på
tids-punktet for vedtagelse på generalforsamlingen.
Selskabsskat og udskudt skatAktuelle skatteforpligtelser og
tilgodehavende aktuel skat indregnes i balancen som beregnet skat
af årets skatte-pligtige indkomst, reguleret for skat af tidligere
års skattepligtige indkomster samt for betalte acontoskatter.
Udskudt skat måles efter den balanceorienterede gældsmetode af
midlertidige forskelle mellem regnskabsmæssigog skattemæssig værdi
af aktiver og forpligtelser opgjort på grundlag af den planlagte
anvendelse af aktivet hen-holdsvis afvikling af forpligtelsen.
Udskudte skatteaktiver, herunder skatteværdien af
fremførselsberettiget skattemæssigt underskud, måles til denværdi,
hvortil aktivet forventes at kunne realiseres, enten ved udligning
i skat af fremtidig indtjening eller ved mod-regning i udskudte
skatteforpligtelser inden for samme juridiske skatteenhed.
Eventuelle udskudte nettoskatteakti-ver måles til
nettorealisationsværdi.
Udskudt skat måles på grundlag af de skatteregler og
skattesatser i de respektive lande, der med balancedagenslovgivning
vil være gældende, når den udskudte skat forventes udløst som
aktuel skat. Ændring i udskudt skat somfølge af ændringer i
skattesatser indregnes i resultatopgørelsen bortset fra poster, der
føres direkte på egenkapita-len.

Anvendt regnskabspraksis
GældsforpligtelserFinansielle forpligtelser indregnes ved
lånoptagelse til det modtagne provenu efter fradrag af afholdte
transak-tionsomkostninger. I efterfølgende perioder måles de
finansielle forpligtelser til amortiseret kostpris svarende tilden
kapitaliserede værdi ved anvendelse af den effektive rente, så
forskellen mellem provenuet og den nominelleværdi indregnes i
resultatopgørelsen over låneperioden.
Prioritetsgæld er således målt til amortiseret kostpris, der for
kontantlån svarer til lånets restgæld. For obligations-lån svarer
amortiseret kostpris til en restgæld beregnet som lånets
underliggende kontantværdi på lånoptagelses-tidspunktet reguleret
med en over afdragstiden foretaget amortisering af lånets
kursregulering på optagelsestids-punktet.
Øvrige gældsforpligtelser, som omfatter gæld til leverandører,
tilknyttede virksomheder samt anden gæld, måles tilamortiseret
kostpris, hvilket sædvanligvis svarer til nominel værdi.
