The Ingredients 96 g Almond Flour 24 g Coconut Flour 2 tsp Xanthan Gum 1 tsp Baking Powder 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar 3 tsp Water 1/4 tsp salt 1 Egg, beaten Low Carb Tortillas Directions: Put all of your dry ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined. While the food processor is still running, add the apple cider vinegar. Next, add the egg and then water. Keep the food processor running until it forms a ball. Wrap the dough in clear wrap and leave it for 15 minutes. Cut the dough into 4 pieces and place them in between two pieces of parchment paper. Roll them out (if you have a tortilla press, go ahead and use it!). Heat a pan over medium heat. We like to use ghee for cooking these. Place the tortilla in the pan for FIVE SECONDS-THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!! flip and cook for about 15-30 seconds on the other side. if you over cook them they will become stiff!!!!Take them off and enjoy!
