April 2017 Greetings Hillcrest, The month of April is all about the Resurrection and it is also my favorite holiday. It means Jesus paid it all, all to Him I owe, sin had left a crimson stain, but He washed it white as snow. It also means three days later He’s walking through walls, eating, talking, and teaching. I still am amazed at how He came in my place to make me a place. The Real Bible Conference was successful and fruitful again this year. The preaching was anointed and the spirit was sweet. Thank you, Hillcrest, for making this possible. We had 139 guest cards completed and many of them were Pastors from surrounding churches. Our church needed revival and many were revived. The guests needed revival and they got it! We had 24 souls saved and 14 have already been baptized, hallelujah. I have had Pastors, Evangelists, and Layman contact me asking that we continue to host the conference and we intend to do so if we can find anointed Preachers. Start now to pray for next year. I hope you don’t miss it! Keep inviting lost people and pray for them all the way home. The convicting power has been extremely manifested and firmly resisted by some. Why not let go and let God? Although I still have some medical problems, I praise Him that He recently let me preach six times in five days and that’s the longest in over two years. God removed polyps off my vocal cords and a large nodule from my thyroid. This is a miracle! I am proof that Jesus can, never doubt that! I pray that you understand that I am at a place where I cannot be exposed to much, but please don’t hesitate to set up an appointment, call, and pray. I will never turn away anyone that is in need! We have an amazing core crowd at Hillcrest, and I love you and thank you for standing with me, for Jesus, and in Hillcrest. You are the best! I Thessalonians 5:12-24 Love You and Stand for You, Bro. Many thanks to all the band, choir, sound and light folks, and
soloist who made the Real Bible Conference such a major success!
Our Easter Music/Drama, “Crucified Lamb - Risen Lord” is
fast approaching and we need your help. Starting April 2nd, there will
be free tickets available at the welcome center to give to your LOST
friends. Why not invite them to the presentation and offer to take them
to eat before or after? Everyone knows someone who is lost and this is
a great way to let them see and hear the Gospel in a unique way!
I also want to take this time to give a word of appreciation to
all of our children’s choir workers! They enjoy working with your
children, but they also need to hear your appreciation. Why not tell
