EVENT SYNOPSISLOST STORIES Live was organized at Fbar– Mumbai by Music , Culture & Arts. Music, Culture & Arts is a 5

years old, Mumbai based entertainment solutions company which organizes & manages specialized events

such as Live shows, Brand Activation, Theme based Weddings, Birthday events, Outdoor Advertising, PR ,

Sponsorships and Corporate Tie-ups.

We roped in Xolo & Wildcraft as sponsorship partners . At Fbar – Mumbai, the event was built to let the

spectators feel and experience the performance by “Lost Stories”. We provided various branding

opportunities for the presenting sponsors of the event.

To kickstart the promotions , a pre-event activity - flyer distribution was conducted at different locations

which involved brand awareness. We targeted various colleges such as Jai Hind, Sydenham, RA Poddar,

Mithibai, Bhavan’s, Govt. Law College & WLC to engage the young crowd inside the premises & create an

interest in the brand. We used various Malls such as Infiniti 1, Infiniti 2 & Phoenix Mall to spread the word

about the brand. We also marketed at Gelato, Mc donalds & other coffee shops around Lower Parel ,

Andheri, Malad, Bandra & Worli. We used Prime locations such as Worli & Lower Parel for Outdoor

Advertising.

BIG FM 92.7 FM promoted the event as a Radio Partner. Newspaper inserts were being done for 2 days for

brand visibility across various locations in Mumbai. Xolo & Wildcraft was provisioned to brand the venue

with standee, Posters & other mediums. Online marketing through various social Media sites was initiated.

In Addition to this we also provided 10 VIP passes, 30 Normal passes for Xolo & Wildcraft Employees to

witness the Event Live.
