page 41, line 20. Bizzy almost fall from the lorry because she is

shouted Winkle. (line20)Besides that, their mother also loves them.
This shows on page 47, line 11-12. She was so worried about the
lost of her children. For example: Where have you been? asked their

MORAL VALUESBased on this story, we have found two moral values
which are:1.Listen to your parents- In this story, Winkle and Bizzy
are naughty and curious. They never listen to their mother. They go
anywhere without telling their mother. For example, on page 47,
line 14-16:But you have also been very naughty, said their mother.
You must not go anywhere without telling me where youre going.This
shows that we have to listen to our parents so that nothing bad
will happen on us and they will not worry about us if we tell them
where we want to go.2. Be kind to animals-Based on the story Lost
in the City, we as a human have to be kind towards animals as shown
on page 45, line 3-7, the woman and the man fed Winkle and Bizzy.
They gave them banana and a packet of nuts. For example:She opened
her bag. There was a banana inside it. She gave it to Bizzy (line
3-4)The man gave Winkle a packet of nuts (line 6-7)The man was so
kind because he wants to send Winkle and Bizzy back to Kuala
Selangor. This shows that the man wont separate Winkle and Bizzy

exposition, the story tells us about the two monkeys, Winkle and
Bizzy lived on a hill in Kuala Selangor. It also tells us about the
features of these two monkeys which are had beautiful black fur and
had soft, brown eyes. Besides that, the story starts when they
jumped on to a lorry. For example on page 41, line 1-6:Winkle and
Bizzy were two monkeys. They lived on a hill in Kuala Selangor.
They had beautiful black fur. They had soft, brown eyes. One day, a
large lorry stopped near their home. Im going to jump on top of
that lorry, said Winkle to his sister,Bizzy.
Rising action:The rising action of this story is when Winkle and
Bizzy lost in the city which is Kuala Lumpur. There were a lot of
noises making by cars and motorcycles while people pointing at them
and they become frightened. This is shown on page 42, line
3-11.They were in Kuala Lumpur. There were cars and motorcycles
were making a lot of noise. Bizzy put her hands over her ears. She
almost fell off the lorry. (line 3-7)The lorry came to a stop.
Winkle and Bizzy jumped off the lorry. They saw people pointing at
them. They were frightened... (line 9-11) Climax: The climax of the
story showed when Winkle and Bizzy saw lots of brown monkeys. The
brown monkeys looked angrily and chased them. After a while, they
ran away and all the brown monkeys laughed at them. This is shown
in text on page 42(line 28) and 43 (line 1-16)We can rest here,
said Bizzy. This is a nice place. (page 42, line28) Suddenly they
heard a loud noise. They looked up. In the trees they saw lots of
monkeys. They were all brown in colour. They all looked angry.What
are you doing here? their leader shouted. Go away! Get lost!We are
lost, said Bizzy.Get lost somewhere else, said the brown monkey. He
pulled Bizzys tail.Ouch! Ouch! Let go! said Bizzy.Let her go!
Shouted Winkle. All the other brown monkeys came down from the
trees. Bizzy became frightened.Lets go, Winkle! said Bizzy, pulling
her brother by the hand. They ran away. All the brown monkeys
laughed at them. (page 43 line 1-16)Falling action:The falling
action on this story is when the monkeys met the man and woman. The
woman is kind and she fed Winkle and Bizzy with bananas while the
man gave them a packet of nuts. Winkle and Bizzy shared the fruits
together. This is what we can see from the text on page 45, line
3-8.She opened her bag. There was a banana inside it. She gave it
to Bizzy. Bizzy took it from her. Bizzy peeled the banana. She
broke the banana in half. She gave half to Winkle. The man gave
winkle a packet of nuts. Bizzy and Winkle shared the nuts. (page
45, line 3-8)
Resolution: On the resolution, Winkle and Bizzy are taken home,
they were very happy and they finally reunited with their mother
and their mother wanted to know about their unexpected journey to
the city. This is shown in the text from page 47 (line 1-4) , (line
8-20)Home! Home! We are home! said Winkle.They were very excited.
They jumped up and down. They wanted to get out of the car. They
jumped against the glass. They hit their heads. (page 47, line
1-4)Mama! Mama! Were home! they shouted. Suddenly, there were many
black monkeys in the trees. They all came to see Bizzy and Winkle.
Where have you been? asked their mother. We were so worried.We had
an adventure, said Bizzy.But you have also been very naughty, said
their mother. You must not go anywhere without telling me where
youre goingOkay ,mama, said Bizzy and Winkle, we will.Now you can

Kuala Lumpur.Winkle and Bizzy were lost in a big city in Kuala
Lumpur. This is as stated in text from page 42, line 3-7.They were
in Kuala Lumpur. There were cars and motor cycles everywhere. The

cycles were making a lot of noise. Bizzy put her hands over her

CHARACTERS AND CHARACTERISTICS1) Winkle and Bizzy:
They are siblings. Winkle is Bizzys brother, while Bizzy is the

Winkle and Bizzy are black monkeys that have soft, brown

Winkle and Bizzy are curious little monkeys. They wanted to know
and explore new thing. Bizzy became very excited to follow her
brother and jumped into the lorry.Eg: One day, a large lorry

Bizzy always followed whatever her brother did.(page 41, line

Naughty but good monkeys. Winkle and Bizzy are naughty because
they went out without telling their mother but they are a good

Caring towards siblings. Bizzy is a loving sister, she shared
the banana and nuts with her brother, Winkle. Eg:She opened her
bag. There was a banana inside it. She gave it to Bizzy. Bizzy took
it from her. Bizzy peeled the banana. She broke the banana in half.
She gave half to Winkle. The man gave winkle a packet of nuts.
Bizzy and Winkle shared the nuts.(page 45, line 3-8)
2) The man and woman
Helpful. The man and woman took Winkle and Bizzy back to their
home at the jungle in Kuala Selangor.Eg:Where are they from? asked
the woman.I think they are from Kuala Selangor said the man. I have
seen lots of them there.But how did they get here?I dont know. I
think we should take them back(page 45, line 13-17)
Kind. They are kind towards the monkeys because they fed Winkle
and Bizzy with bananas and a packet of nuts. Eg:She opened her bag.
There was a banana inside it. She gave it to Bizzy. Bizzy took it
from her. Bizzy peeled the banana. She broke the banana in half.
She gave half to Winkle. The man gave winkle a packet of nuts.
Bizzy and Winkle shared the nuts.(page 45, line 3-8)
3) Monkeys at the city
Brown monkeys. The monkeys from the city are different from
Winkle and Bizzy because they are not black monkeys.Eg:... Suddenly
they heard a loud noise. They looked up. In the trees they saw lots
of monkeys. They were all brown in colour. They all looked
angry.(page 43, line 1-4)
Fierce and not friendly.... They all looked angry. What are you
doing here? their leader shouted. Go away! Get lost!We are lost,
said Bizzy.Get lost somewhere else, said the brown monkey. He
pulled Bizzys tail.Ouch! Ouch! Let go! said Bizzy.Let her go!
Shouted Winkle. All the other brown monkeys came down from the

story is love.-Love of the family. As in the text on page 52, line
28 -29 and page 53, line 1-5. The mother and father asked their
children to go to the mud as their pond has getting smaller and in
order to survive from being caught by the humans. For example:Come,
children, said their mother. Its time to go down into the mud.
(page 52,line 28 and 29)You must obey us, said his father. We have
lived longer than you have. We know what to do.So all the young
fish followed their parents down into the mud. (page 53, line
1-5)MORAL VALUESBased on this story, we have found two moral values
which are:1. Never disobeyed your parents - In this story, Lenny
refused to go the mud because he wanted to swim happily in the pond
. He never listened to his parents. Lenny decided to go back to the
pond with his friends. For example, on page 53, line 11-18.But
Lenny was not happy at all. Lenny wanted to swim. He wanted to play
in the water. He did not like the mud.I cannot breathe, he said. He
pushed himself out of the mud. Soon he felt the water on his skin.
Water! he said. Wonderful water!He played and swam in the water.
There were other fish there. He had friends to play with. (page 53,
line 11-18)This shows that we have to listen to our parents so that
nothing bad will happen on us.
2. Think before you do something.- Lenny did not think before he
decided to swim back to the pond. Finally, the pond became smaller
and Lenny realised that there are reasons why did his parents asked
him to go to the mud. But its just too late for Lenny to return
back to the mud. For example, on page 54, line 7-10.What is
happening? he asked. The water is getting less and less That is why
the others went down into the mud said one of the fish.(page 54,
line 7-10) PLOTExposition:On the exposition, the mother gives
advice to her children about the human who catches them. She
advised her children so that they will never go to the side of the
pond. For example on page 49, line 13-16:We will stay in the middle
of the pond. We will be safe, said Anzus.Yes, answered his mother.
You must not go to the side of the pond (page 49, line 13-16)Rising
Action:On the rising action, they were playing near the side of the
pond and suddenly one of their brothers was caught by the human.
The others did not know how to help him. All of the fish were very
sad. This text can be seen on page 50, line 1-8:One day, there were
playing by the side of the pond. They saw a big worm. It was
hanging in the water. One of their brothers quickly caught the
worm.Suddenly, something strange happened. He was pulled out of the
water. He tried to get free. He turned to the right. He could not
get free! (page 50, line 1-8)
Climax:The climax of the story showed when Lenny gets caught
while he was playing in the pond that has no more water. Lenny was
picked up by a little girl when he lay in the mud. The human put
Lenny in a glass bowl of water, Lenny was able to swim again but
Lenny felt very lonely. This text are shown on page 54, line 20-26
and page 55, line 13-17:But there was no more water in the pond.
The fish could not breathe. Lenny could not breathe. He lay in the
mud with his mouth open. Then he heard voices.Look, Papa! said a
voice. There are fish here. It was a people voice, the voice of a
little girl. (page 54, line 20-26)They took him to their house.
They put him into a glass bowl. There was a lot of water in it.they
gave him some bread to eat. Lenny swam around in the glass bowl. He
was very lonely. He wished he had listened to his mother. ( page
55, line 13-17)Falling action:The falling action on this story is
when the pond fills up again. The rain came and the pond was filled
up with water. This is what we can see from the text on page 55,
line 27 and 28.At the pond, the rain came again. It rained for many
days. Soon there was water in the pond. (page 55, line 27 and
28)Resolution:From the resolution, we can see that the pond gets
bigger and Anzus with his family got back into the pond but no one
knew where Lenny was. This is stated in the text on page 56, line
3-7.... He was floating in the water in the pond. His brothers and
sisters were swimming around. His mother and father were swimming
too. No one knew where Lenny was.

is shown in the text from page 49, line1 and 2:Anzus was a small
fish in a big pond. He had many brothers and sisters. (page 49,
line 1 and 2) MudA place where the fish had to go in order to
survive from the pond that has getting smaller. For example, as
what can be seen on page 52, line 13 and 14:
Yes, said his mother. If it doesnt rain soon, we ust go down

CHARACTERISTICS1) Anzus:
Smart. He is a smart fish, he knows that the pond will get
smaller and they had to go into the mud.Eg:Weeks went by. Still it
did not rain, one day Anzus looked at the people sitting by the
water. They were quite near. He became frightened.I think the pond
is getting smaller, he told his brothers and sisters. They laughed
and laughed. (page 51, line 20-24) Listen to his mother and
father.Anzus always listen to his parents advice and never
disobeyed them.
Eg:
Lie quietly,said his mother. Go to sleep. Anzus was tired. He
obeyed his mother. He went to sleep.
2) Lenny SelfishLenny went back to the pond without his parents
because he wanted to swim happily in the water. He just thought
about himself without considering others. Eg:But Lenny was not
happy at all. Lenny wanted to swim. He wanted to play in the water.
He did not like the mud. (page 53, line 11-13)The others were silly
to go down into the mud, said Lenny. I am going to stay up here in
the water. I will be happy here.( page 53, line 19-21)
StubbornLenny is a stubborn fish , he never listened to his mother
and fathers advice. , Lenny refused to go the mud because he wanted

3) Mother and father LovingThey are loving parents. They love
and protect their family from being caught with the human.Eg:Yes,
