There are 3 different types of verb endings in Spanish.
3 types of verb endings
The verb endings are:
-AR (the most common)
-ER (the 2nd most common)
-IR (the least common)
You are already brainiacs and masters of conjugating –AR verbs, so now we are going to move on to –ER verbs.
Steps for forming a verb
Determine the STEM and the ending
Remove the ending (-ar, er, or –ir)
Determine your subject
Add the correct ending
How would you say the following:
I talk:YO
We talk Nosotros (as)
You talkTú
You all talk Vosotros (as)**SPAIN ONLY**
He talksÉlShe talks EllaYou formal talk UdIt talks
They talk Ellos (as)You guys talk Uds.
Look at the following verb, COMER (to eat) and see if you notice something
