OUR LOGOOur brand and what it stands for is visually represented bya unique, powerful and distinctive mark.
The Symbol now incudes the 3D Effect,characteristic of our new contemporaryand premium look and feel. For maximumimpact, consistency and visibility, theCastrol master brand logo always appearson a Castrol green background. It is alsogenerall positioned ranged-right and usesthe clear space rule as an approximate positioning guide.

OUR COLORSCastrol is recognized as a green, red and white brand.Using our primary colors in the correct proportions iskey to maintaining recognition across all markets.
In addition to the primary colour palette, there isa limited range of neutral and brighter colorsavailable. These should be used in support of thecor colors. Neutral colors, for example, add analternative background to white as well as colorheadline, sub-headings and charts and diagrams. Diagram colors are used within charts,diagrams and tables for greater differentiation ofcolors.

OUR TYPOGRAPHYThe Castrol typographic style is straightforward and confident.The typefaces are simple, their use, unfussy.
The primary typeface is AdvertisingGrotesk Buch SB Book Condensed(Ad Grotesk). This is the regular weightof the font and is used in an all-capsform to create the new “signaturestyle” for headlines and titles.
The supporting typeface is Frutiger. Itis used for all other copy.
For on-screen applications such aswebsites, the headlines must be AdGrotesk Book Condensed, but allother placed copy can be in Arial.For PowerPoint® the headline style isachieved by using Arial Narrow Bold.Arial is used for all other copy.
