Area & Capacity It is important to provide adequate worksurface space for laptops, notebooks, papers, monitors, and CPUs (if not placedon a bracket below the worksurface). Keyboard drawers house the keyboard at a comfortable level and also provide dust protection when closed.

Consider whether the space will be used for instructor-basedactivities or individual-based activities. needed in each application. Dividers between workspaces are recommended for individual-based activities (computer lab, study and research).
